i really wish people buying stuff knows where the true fault lies and whose responsible when they use or buy something when trying to trouble shoot issues
I have been making a living at online sales since 1998. I can assure you some people will continue to “not read” and not watch the videos. I would make a simple faq help sheet and send it out with every order that covers the simple problems and remind customers to watch help videos. I used to offer a bluetooth controller for the nvidia shield and had to make a youtube video of how to sync it. I sent every custome a printout sheet with the order due to so many complaints
I ordered your box last night and the Sinddn gun. Which version update do I use? Wasn't sure what soffware your mini pc is running. Thanks for your help, and thanks for making the video.
Do you sell Sinden light guns with the the retro light box don't have a pc looking to mod my arcade 1up? Maybe you or pdubs can make a video on how to do a quck install
Oh dang, I never knew each Lightgun using Sinden needs an Xbox controller. Interesting, I have Batocera v37 and only used (1) Xbox controller and it worked with both my Sinden Recoil guns. Maybe if I plug in (2) Xbox controllers I will have less issues from time to time with different roms

My sinden gun has a sticky trigger now and does not reset smoothly.

No. You can order directly from sinden. They take 3 weeks to come in. The box plugs in via hdmi.
