Question on Email. I have built an email list in constant contact. Can I copy those and place them on Stan Store? I still want to keep them on Constant Contact.

“Store” as in the number of emails that a creator can create and send out to their email list? 😮

You can have unlimited contacts! There is just a limit on how many contacts you can upload to your Stan store which is 5000 hope this makes sense!

Huge thanks!! 2 Questions I would’ve loved to see discussed in the video! 😊 1) ❓When people on your Email List reply back to you, where are those emails or how would the creator access those emails? 2) ❓What’s the process in Stan to give a customer a refund if needed? 1. when folks respond to the emails they will be delivered straight to your inbox of whatever email address you have on file for your account.
2. You can easily refund within Stan and it takes 5-10 days to be refunded to the customers original form of payment. Here are the steps head over to the Income tab > locate your Customers transaction > select your customer's name> click Refund.
