One of the biggest concerns I see from parents is in regards to the magnet belt. Specifically they say that the belt is easy for toddlers to figure out how to unbuckle. Do you know about this?
I would really like to see a safety review. I feel so overwhelmed because I can’t find any reviews on safety of rotating car seats! I really want to find the perfect car seat for my child but most importantly the safest.
Third party safety testing is just unreliable. These have all passed US safety standards, assuming you are in the US. Only Clek publishes their safety scores they get on these tests, no one else does. The reality is that you can't really make a poor choice. I would say though, that of all rotating car seats, this one makes me the most COMFORTABLE. It doesn't mean its SAFER, but just makes me more comfortable - and there is 100% value in that.
We had Rava and Exec seats for our 5mo and 2yo kiddos and dumped them and bought four of these!! I wish I got these from the beginning. Love the nontoxic fabrics and they are saving our backs. My 2.5 year old son is average size and 30lbs and I believe he will be able to rear face longer because it’s easy (and fun!) to get him into these seats! The mirrors are saving us also because we have Tesla and Acura cars with fixed headrests. Cannot recommend these seats enough!
Does it recline when it’s on facing forward position?! My toddlers sleep a lot on the go. So it’s important not to be on 90° position all the time so they can sleep better.
So is it one handed or two? Multiple times he's using 2 but sometimes uses 1 and the website lists it as one handed. Does one handed just not unlock properly all the time?
It's one handed, either handle works alone, no need to use both. I ended up buying the seat so I'm just answering if anyone else had the same question. Not really a big deal to me, but it was with my pregnant wife 😄
I’m torn between this one and the evenflo slim 360. Not a single video on TH-cam compares the two head to head! Does anyone have any recommendations between the two?
I bought this during the target sale, I love it. I drive a Nissan Versa Note and fits fine. My husband has a Revv in his mustang and it turns easier than the Chicco but that’s about the only difference.
I believe it is normal for it to jiggle. Go to your local highway patrol office, they should have an officer or officers who are certified in car seat training
I saw some demonstration videos showing that it reclines from the base before attaching the seat. Also, showed unlike most rotating seats, it locks when facing out which helps when putting little one in.
@@stephaniethomas4823do the others only lock once in a forward or backward position? Vs this one? Does this one lock in front, back, and both side positions?
I was about to sell the product. Until I found out that it has a magnet. A magnet is known to disrupt blood circulation and heart rate. How did the Chico company not take this into account? After all, these are children.

Can you recline the car seat more in rear facing mode?
Can the seat be set in a higher recline rear facing for an older child?

Ellie can you talk about Joie? It is quite popular around me but can’t find any reliable review about it.

Me too!! It’s hard to find a good review on both
@ I ended up buying the Chicco. You can buy multiple bases for the Chicco where as you can’t for the evenflo.
@@CadenMichnal that’s what I’m thinking too! I hope it works great for you guys 🥰
Do you need to push the buttons on both sides to rotate? Or can you do it one handed?
It’s one handed.
Where do we buy a second base? Target doesn’t carry it
You can buy it right from Chicco.
Have a small car hinda civic 2017 will it fit? Front to back. Or is this a bigger front to back ratio.

Only way to know is look up the measurements and go measure.
Do you think it would be easy for a baby to get their feet under the back of the base to flip open the back handle?
Zero chance
Not a baby but I bought this and my toddler unlocks it while driving. Apparently Chico said it is still safe though.
The car seat moves back in forth ( jiggles) but the base is secure Is this normal?
I believe it is normal for it to jiggle.

Why not the latch system. It’s more secure
Are there recline positions or does it only rotate? If it doesn't recline, do you think that can pose a risk to a newborn?

@@jacobkummer2067 I actually bought two for my twins already. And have been using them for a while now.

Children are not magnetic.
They didn't take it into account because magnets aren't dangerous and you are a crazy person
