Refusing to answer a simple question about being detained is a dead giveaway that they’re trying to intimidate you into doing something they know they can’t legally force you to do.
It's the officially "not detained" but detained without stating it, they're trying to imply you're detained- but you're not. When asked the cop will say," he stayed of his own volition" .

Okay Alaska; you still have to follow the laws and Constitution. The agency lied to avoid doing business with this man. He’s got every right to be there and he’s done nothing wrong. Be careful!
There is danger down that road: for really badge-heavy cops that is an imagined threat in order to obtain money- i.e. robbery, or if not completed robbery then an attempted robbery, both felonies in Alaska.
We knew the pigs were liars the entire time. But the safety line is the weakest lie of all. If the women inside were actually scared, they would have gone to their cars as soon as the pigs arrived. Sigh.
Why do cops even begin to phrase things as a question when it’s a demand? You can say “no” and they’re going to stand around all day anyway until they find a reason to force you to leave. Atrocious
Because that's a major portion of their training. Instead of being trained to respect rights, they are trained to circumvent them. Their legal training consists of forming demands as questions because then they can claim they were simply asking a question when in court and it's not a rights violation because they didn't demand anything and the citizen complied with a question and not a demand because the citizen believed that if they didn't, they would be refusing a "lawful order". People need to be more diligent with questioning what the state is asking them and the repercussions of refusing, so the cops will have no wiggle room in court.
Because 90% of people capitulate unthinkingly... they are genuinely surprised when anyone knows the law. They ASK so that they can tell court it was voluntary. Just green belt verbal judo

You’re going to have to file a lawsuit about the cost of the records. This tactic has been used by multiple government agencies and it only takes one lawsuit to clear it up they cannot charge you that much money for public records.
When the auditor questions if he's being asked to leave under threat of arrest, surely that's the moment the cops should back down and go and tell the staff in the building there's nothing they can do. Seriously, if they really don't know that will trigger a lawsuit under the 4th Amendment, then they aren't qualified to wear that uniform. If they know they are violating the 4th Amendment, then they aren't safe to wear that uniform.

It costs almost 400 dollars for a copy of a 911 call and untimely in delivery. How much would video be?
I look forward to any questions or comments and plan on answering. Sometimes I am slow doing so tho. James I want you to know I don’t always agree with you but I am ALWAYS glad to hear from you.
God bless you and yours sir.
Yes it’s really sad what they did to Schaffer Cox up there..
