Great compensation tuturial. I am wondering if you can add a negative control and then adjust which negative control each of the single stained controls use for the compensation. I am using beads for most of the single stained controls but have cells for the live/dead single stain. Obviously cannot use the beads negative control to compensate for the live/dead single stain as the autofluorescence of the particles are different. Thank you!
