Why does Singapore need to practice fireworks and flypasts 4 or 5 weeks in a row before NDP?? No city in the world practices its new years fireworks before the even. And most are more detailed and impressive than this. NDP is almost the same each year, why need to practice everything. People cant remember the plan??
