Appreciate this video, but I'd like to point out that Artillery Cheap Shot is often considered hands down the best mod as it often saves you a railgun shot. And since for many missions you'll need/want a lot more than the two you start with, it's very useful.
@@previzslagaming noted. Thankyou. The guides I used were older. Hard to find up-to-date info on railjack. I'm going to do some railjack mission type vids so will use the artillery cheap shot in those and see how it goes. 🌟👌🌟
This is a great primer. I think your advice to take it slow is golden. You are essentially building your way into a new progression system. When you do your mission guide, perhaps you can note some railjack combat tips for new players. Movement, taking out crewships, your ship menu, are all things that the game doesn't do a great job of teaching, IMO.
@@xs10shul cool... thankyou and I do love to receive ideas to go into videos. I want to put into anything that is a 'guide' vid the stuff people actually want to know. The alien isolation type playthroughs is just me being a derpy gamer. 😅 These ones... I feel are more important to try and get right. 👌👍🌟
Awwwwww…. You had me at “gorgeous”!🤦🏽 I do have to agree that it was mildly entertaining!?!? Seriously? You are easily moderately entertaining!!😂😂 Ok. Simply and legit - this was the most I have ever learned about anything in WF from ANY video. I don’t know how you did that. It does truly amaze me how much I didn’t know about the details of railjack. Either it is the volume of detail or the excellence of presentation or my sheer ignorance (or all three 🙈🙈🙈). This was the Coffee’s bean, and if you do come up with that mission video, I will let you keep the mug…😅 😊
Thanks for covering railjack! As of the time of posting this comment the on-call crew seem to ignore damage attenuation. If anyone is struggling with something like steel path Lephantis my on-call crew with the Kuva Zarr takes 2-4 shots per head.
The affinity thing on the railjack weapons is a bug that was introduced by the new player changes, railjack weapons do not have affinity so if you don't like it do not feel bad about scraping them, i am unaware if this bug has been fixed yet but it should be soon.
I like the Zetki Cryophon as my main gun. If you shot the engines on the enemy crew ships you will stall them. This will set you up for the main cannon to take them down without a struggle.
While I did my own thing for railjack I kinda built around an idea more then anything and rolled with it. There are plenty of unique build options its just people like to build around there set of ideal scenaros (There frame choice, common grinding spaces, habits that cause them to take damage which is different per person). I find this video hyper informative, great to learn something now for sure! However I feel the weapons can be a bit tweaked with the build accordingly. I used a high crit build for turrets against the Corpus. They build corpus to deal puncture damage, and criticals. So I did the ice driver with critical punch threw shields. Its hillarious how much death and destruction you cause with it. I dont have any valance stuff yet, working on that. But If you can aim it hits like a truck and basically deletes most targets on weakpoint hits! No one build is an answer, however there is playstyle preferances! I hope others can expand on this in some way and come up with there unique way of play!
Amazing video I quite enjoy Railjack and learn a lot from these video, I love to use Garuda for Railjack because her 3 regents energy and with molt regen I get back life when I use my energy so I can spawn none stop abilities all I gotta do it get in and out of driving
My first video of yours and instal sub! Love it, I am also not that up on Railjack stuff (I have one) and now i have the urge to actually do stuff with it!
Blown away by the support 🎉 the subs the likes the comments... you're all awesome. Trying to MUSCLE our way up to 4000 subs ❤😮😊

I started railjack three days ago and hated it, but now I start to understand how it works and its fun
Fr. Like 1 crewmate and a few upgrades instantly makes it 10x more fun
If you have a reliable heal then you can use Garuda to operate your railjack. Her 3 gives you energy for health.
Lavos also is good for cooldown powers instead of energy based.

You have a similar voice to the lady that does the narration for Baldur's Gate 3. Easy to listen to and informative at the same time.

Jeebus, there's so much more depth to these than I've seen shown anywhere else here on YT. TYVM, it has it's own starchart?
@@duwop544 it sure does! Once unlocked it's under your alerts top right in navigation or head to railjack in dojo/relay.👌🌟
nice and thorough, thanks a lot
A lil' tip for the dojo-less:
Large relays (Kronia, Saturn & Orcus, Pluto) also have a Drydock where you can configure your Railjack.
There is a console left to the navigation console of orbiter. 😢😢

Tip for potato pc. Always go to relay drydock. Dojo is laggy as sht
