Jean Besson knew he wanted more than the associate degree he earned after high school. The Haitian native earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014 and immediately felt more qualified at work. But it also inspired his kids who he is now encouraging to pursue their educational goals.
“As long as you keep pushing yourself, it’s not too late,” Besson said.
