    Hi Cara, Beautiful architecture of the castile at the opening.
    Oh Boy, surely we like to go back in time. I just imagine.
    Quartz? The places we hike are full of large stone shiny quarts are buried where we have to climb with hands and legs.
    Stunning view of the stone circle under mysterious clouds covered.

    The stones are pretty fascinating and interesting to think they may have been a circle. Their unique shape definitely seems like they were used for some sort of marker. I enjoyed the quartz discussion - it is a lovely mineral. Great info, Cara.

    Beautiful and captivating Cara - thank you! The quartz ‘floor’ is very intriguing; I’ll have to research those places that have that feature.

    • @openmindedwonderer
      @openmindedwonderer  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am very intrigued by these quartz floors and looking into. so far i have found four stones circles in Scotland, one in Ireland and a stone row on Dartmoor. and that's not including quartz found in the stone themselves. It going to take me awhile i think, but hope to have a video out on this sometime later this year or early next year. Very exciting thought :-)

  • @dianarolph1770

    Nice to see you in a video!
    I think you are right - a mixture of ritual & astronomical measurements- not that they had anywhere to record them( but then again maybe they did- we know very little- they used the measurements for alignments to catch the solstices maybe)
    Anyway you captured the atmosphere there. Quartz is strange and definitely can retain energies- you must visit the Rollrights in Oxfordshire- the energies are very intense there. Thanks Cara!

    • @openmindedwonderer
      @openmindedwonderer  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I am looking in to use of Quartz more, as to why they may have used them. We are told these people where the first farmers so how would they know about what quartz can do. Very interesting.
