"You men are all a like. Seven or eight quicks one and you're off with the boys to boast and brag. You better keep your mouth shut! I think I love him." lmao
There are so many hilarious scenes from "Young Frankenstein" etched into my memory (I saw it at age 18 when it first came out in 1974), but Madeline Kahn's performance here is by far one of the most classically uproarious I've EVER seen! She was brilliant, and her singing voice was of opera quality. P.S. I also love that bedroom scene of her licking her finger, touching it to her hip, & hissing,, "TSSSSSSSSSSSST!"
Saw this in the theater in Burbank, CA, some year ago. Nothing like a packed house watching a movie they love. And this scene was one of the best all night for a reaction.
Madeline Kahn Made The Movie. She was so funny. Without her Mel Brooks could never have made this Movie. A Classic She's A Legend. May God Bless Her. R.I. P. Madeline. She's making 'em laugh in Heaven
RIP Peter Boyle (October 18, 1935 - December 12, 2006), aged 71 And RIP Madeline Kahn (September 29, 1942 - December 3, 1999), aged 57 You both will be remembered as legends.
I remember seeing a longer cut of this scene where they were really goin' at it, I was only like 10 or 11 years old and Comedy Central was just getting started. Luckily my mom didn't catch me watching or she would've got mad.
A few scenes ago 👇 Inga: He would have an enormous schwanzstuker! Frederick: That goes without saying. Inga: Woof! Igor: Hes gonna be very popular. Current scene: 👇 Elizabeth: Oh my God, Woof!
I never really committed to watching young Frankenstein till recently. I enjoyed it. Funny how when the woman was seeing young Frankenstein off at the train station, the woman didn't want to kiss and they touched elbows. Same thing now the authorities thought it would be a good idea people not shake hands.
This scene absolutely killed me back in the day, and still does, so I showed it to a younger friend and he said something to the effect of yeah, rape is really funny…not…have we lost all sense of humor these days?! It’s truly tragic…
Madeline Kahn is simply one of the greatest comedic actors ever to grace the stage.
Was a complete smoke show as well.
Agreed. Also most beautiful comedian of all time
She delivers every line with perfect timing and twist. Just so damn gorgeous. And could she sing!!!
She definitely was a VERY talented SWEETHEART who was taken from us all WAY TOO soon...
😔~Madeline Kahn~😔

When she puts on that face and goes "Calm down." I lose it every time!
He may be a monster, but he is still a man 🤣

this movie remains a gem, even the fact that they shot it in black & white format is funny

@aliasfakename4143 you never been with me...
@aliasfakename4143I think she meant 7 or 8 quick pumps. 😂
“Oh My God… Woof!”
"I have to be bacj by 11:30. I'm expecting a very important call!" 😀
When she starts singing is when I lose consciousness, mainly from lack of oxygen from laughing too hard

The most ACCURATE way to describe this scene 😂
7 or 8 quick ones...I loved her. I was very sad when she passed.
You better keep your mouth SHUT!

May her memory be a blessing.
Seven times?! Way to go, Frankie!
Best thing about sex is it makes you forget about your fear of fire when you light cigarettes.
It begs the question “where did he find 20 Marlboro at that time of night?” 😂

R.I.P. Madeline Kahn (1942-1999) (Elizabeth), Peter Boyle (1935-2006) (The Monster) and Kenneth Mars (1935-2011) (Inspector Kemp).
Forgot Gene Wilder (1933-2016) who played Dr Frankenstein.

“Penny for your thoughts?”
“Mmmmmmmmmm!” LOL
1 of the funniest scenes of all time in the funniest comedy of all time
Qué bueno encontrar esta escena, con Madelaine Kahn. MUERO DE RISA cuando pasa del gemido al canto glorioso.
I remember seeing a longer cut of this scene where they were really goin' at it, I was only like 10 or 11 years old and Comedy Central was just getting started. Luckily my mom didn't catch me watching or she would've got mad.
Finest comedy actress ever
I love the line about after 7 or 8 quick ones.
I adore her... :-)
7 or 8 quick ones?
“I’ll have what she’s having”. :)
I'm glad I finally found these two great scenes together.
Mel Brooks said Madeline was the best comedian, man or woman.
High praise indeed.
