This is hands down the best real estate channel on YT and thats because the agents do such a great job showing us so much details of all these properties. No other real estate channel even comes close to the quality of this channel. I used to bitch and moan about this channel a long time and it seems like they listened to some of my complaints. These YT videos are commercials and thats not a bad thing, its a free commercial so use that time to sell every little aspect of a property and never waste our time playing acoustic guitar while a drone flies over random trees. And now the videos we get are beauties like this one, the owner of this property in particular should be very happy with the effort you guys put into selling his property. We potential buyers want to see everything, we love you guys walking around the property, we love the stories being told and the tours of the cabins and most importantly all of it is done without wasting our time or insulting our intelligence. It blows my mind how some real estate channels will put up a video of a $250,000 property and give us a 4 minute minute video of bullshit. Also want to say that I appreciate the dude who is doing the video editing. The production value is great, just listen to how good the microphone sounds in that wind. Love the dogs ripping around too, it makes the whole company look good and gives off that 'family' feel that makes clients at ease. I wish I could invest in United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine's business.
High Fives!
wow a full square mile.
That is gorgeous Spencer. I think a watchtower type of house with a rap around porch would be beautiful. 👍👍
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* That's absolutely an amazing piece of property, couldn't you imagine a cabin on that peak. Thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Absolutely amazing property
I wish I had the money. This is a great value.
Dream property!
Very cool Spencer! Very different!
It is amazing!
Hi just wanted to know how many un usable acres of tundra land is on the block, as it seems stupid to pay for land that is no use to the potential buyers
wow! awesome property
Beautiful views!!!
Happy New Year Spencer ☺️🥂
It definitely has potential for other projects to expand the income of the land but not without some significant costs involved. Given that the property market will be hit hard this really is a considered investment.
I’m interested in coming over to see what might be possible but I’ll definitely call you first.
I’m interested to know about well water and the possibility of hydroelectric power installation.
Good luck with this one 👍🏼
Definitely need to Buy A Positive Winner in Lottery tonight for this " Living the Dream " Property to Build my Castle.. ( Only if it has Trout Fishing by Fly on its Property.. Beautiful
A lot of due diligence required for this one. But certainly impressive in it's raw state.
@@JS808HI 6:30.......half of the land is "unusable"
@@BiffBuffchest Around 6:38 the words "nature preserve" were used but who knows if this was figurative.
Awesome property need to win the Powerball
Seems like a good place for some windmills. Call it Blueberry Hill.
Gross! Enough increases to our power bills! Rate payers pay the "green subsidies", hydropower is much more efficient
@@CoreyB-dw5fs Well how else are you gonna charge those damn electric cars and trucks?
For the moment, the bureaucrats chose to retain a bit of common sense. But really, hydropower is plentiful, technology is more minimal in size, & 100 y/o fish wheels tells a logical person that fish know how to adapt. There is also nuclear power. Small reactors can generate that same level of power (and more). I prefer hydropower.
Nice!
I realize it was cold, but you didn't show much of anything of the 695+ acres. What about the water frontage? What about leaching fields and artesian wells?
Give Spencer a call, he can fill you in with all the details.
I love homemade blueberry pies but I don’t think I could eat that many.
VERY, VERY nice!
I'm going to buy a lottery ticket now!!!!
How'd that lotto ticket work out?
nice if you like tundra
I was looking into blueberry production just because I was curious. This acreage has very low production. The owner did talk about bringing it back though. It could be a worthwhile business for someone that wants to do that kind of work. Sounds like you could do very well.
chances of splitting land off?
You'd have to Invite the Public Every year for Free BLUEBERRY PICKING... Right On !
Big Jim New Hampshire USA aka Boston Strong
$500k hunting property - perhaps a bargain. Some comments indicate the BB crops are not quite producing whether that's the lack of nutrients or costs to bringing in fertilizers or is it more on the lines of Maine's new labor laws where he can't hire the Hispanic or other laborers in that area for $5/hr anymore, thereby, a pint of blue berries costing $6/pint (wholesale) just to pay your labor may be a little hard to get. Maine's minimum wage goes up to $14.15/hr starting this year, Insurance for all of us has doubled in 1 year, and it would not surprise me if Maine's labor laws increase to $20/hr in 5 years. So the owner is seeing the writing. IF you like the Janet Mills build back better plan stuffing Maine with Windmills and Solar Farms across every square inch--this could be a MONEY maker if you know the right politician to fund their climate agenda on your 695 acres and you charge them a "monitoring fee" of $3 to $4M (they'll gladly pass that cost onto Mainer's) to keep the solar and wind farm operational while at the same time keeping your lights and heat on for FREE. It is a great view--no doubt! Good luck to all in the running...the taxes are hard to beat.
Very accurate perspective.
Agree with your sentiments
That lump of rock you're standing on doesn't look buildable, either...
