What is the best golf course you have played this year?
I live in the Florida Keys so Best in Miami this year would be Doral Blue course But Red course is more fun
Cruden Bay on a crisp spring day with a breath of wind.
Just come back from Costa del sol...Cabopino Marbella...very tight front nine beautiful looking holes & challenging...plus it's run to a professional standard. 👌
Played Carnoustie, kings barns then the old course in May, of the 3 kings barns was best!
Just finished a golf tour here in Asia and it would be a toss up between Laem Chabang near Pattaya, Thailand and Anvaya Cove near Clark in the Philippines.

Great content as always only problem is not liking the shorter videos were your not showing the full hole on the likes of the lar 3s your muppets vs let stars were you show every bit bring those type of videos back that are like near a hour long 👌🏆

Played the Tour course 3 years ago...amazing. Stadium even better. Stopped in a hotel Girona, such a good base great food.
I've played Real Club de Golf El Prat outside Barcelona and thoroughly enjoyed it. Catalunya is an amazing place. Can't wait to go back!
When my boy was young,our dog put a squeaky toy on top of his golf bag. It of course fell to the bottom and try what we could we could not get it out, so every time he put his driver away it squeaked, this annoyed him intensely and so was very funny 😂 and a good wind up.
Great use of graphics!!! Love that the heads are just moving on the overview... plus, the score card is great!!! You guys are just blazing right through the course and it's a beauty!

I love the 6 hole vlogs. Please keep them that way. You will just have to play twice as much courses to keep the same amount of vlogs. So it's a win win

We played both courses, on the Tuesday we were the society holding you up, on the stadium course, we teed off at about 1pm, great video impressed by your early start on the tour course, parred the first btw!

Great to watch you guys play a course I have actually had a thrash on. Did a Pelz short game course at PGA Catalunya in 2015. Enjoyed it all tremendously.

Played both these courses a few years ago. Absolutely stunning. Played the stadium course in some of the strongest winds I've ever experienced on a golf course. In fact a tree was even blown over. A 3 putt on those greens in those winds was actually a good result. Would love to go back and play it again.
Did you have a go in the various practice bunkers that replicate the sand from famous courses around the world including Augusta?
Yes, played in Spain a few times,, notably San Roque, real Las Brisas. Fantastic

Loving the course, and good golf too. Dew does make a difference with the amount of spin your not getting, even though your both using premium golf balls and newish wedges.

I like the new set up but also miss hearing some of the talk and banter on holes that you skip over with your james Cameron esque editing. As a new golfer the talk before and after shots to me helps get an idea of what I should he thinking before shots instead of what I usually think which is “go for it”
Played a Devon alliance thing there a couple of years ago. Best course I have ever played, insane practice facilities
I got to go on a golf trip this year actually for the first time ever to myrtle beach s.c. There are some nice courses there nothing like yall playing now but the best one was called oyster bay. So that will be the best course I've ever played.
Never played in Spain, just Portugal but it's a long way to go from Australia. Aren't you glad you weren't at the Barcelona Airport this week.

A fan of the vlogs since forever but this out of focus malarkey on the actual ball and head shots is annoying. Please could we go back to seeing the actual course and the shots on it! Apart from the rant.......keep the content coming boys!!!

Straight holes are Lockey's kind of holes are they? I thought a 90 degree dogleg to the right 150 yards from the tee would suit his driving shape more!

I had a 20 ounce soda bottle fall down in my bag one time, lol. Had to pull all the clubs out and turn my bag upside down to get the little bigger out of there, lol.
Was just thinking how the quality of these (film wise, not golf) has improved over the years. Credit to you boys. Don't drop head covers down my bag but it must be a universal thing for playing partners to drop all kinds of crap down there. Yes I'm also guilty occasionally.

Looks like a stunning course, not too keen on the abundance of close up head shots though, would rather see where the shots land to be honest. Still a great vid though, thanks.
Never realized that Spain was such a hotbed of golf until I watched The Muppets as well as some other TH-camrs playing there. Definitely now on the list of Winter Getaways.
Only time the flag should be taken out is at the end of the day when the maintenance cart comes around to collect them all.

Maybe search bit rate rather than res 😉 4K is simply a bigger image not a better image. 👍👍👍
@@MarkCrossfield Thanks Mr.Techie but the bitrate increases with better resolution. 720p bitrate will be lower then 1080p vs 1440p etc.
Its 4k time, sell some old clubs if you need the extra money for a new camera or a kid you have spares 😉

On the 1st hole, Coach said, "52 or 58"? - I thought Matt carried a 54? I'm a huge personal fan of chipping with my high bounce 52 and given Coach's legendary skills, this would be a worthy video if he has changed to get insights into his opinion on lofts around the green.

This was fun BUT........sorry I'm not loving this new course vlog style. The zooming on the back of the heads instead of the ball is bad. Always loved how you guys zoomed so we can see approach shots landing on the green and drives landing on the fairway or splash balls. That made your vlogs different than most! Also, a bit too much movement of the camera. I know you are trying to get more artistic but it's a bit hard to watch and follow. Also miss the distance and club selection on some of the holes and the banter between you guys is a lot less in this style. I still enjoyed it but not nearly as much as the previous style. This is more like most other vlogs I've watched on youtube when yours were always different and better.
I agree, I couldn’t watch more than 5 mins of this one, such a shame as I really enjoyed them up until this one, I hope they haven’t shot a load of video like this, but as mark has liked a load of comments that compliment the new format, I’m afraid I’ve lost my favourite golfing vlogs 🙁

Hi mark just used my ping 410 irons for the first time yesterday custom fitted thinned and shanked everything are they too flat for me as everything went straight right a had a meltdown 650 down the drain ?

Stop with the zooming in on back of your heads. Zoom in on the green instead please. the focus that close is giving me a headache.
I do love a bit of bokeh, but I love to see where the ball goes more. You can't turn a Lockey path ball into fine art with some soft focus 😂.
Still, love the content, but keep the bokeh for cut scenes and music vids 👍🏼
