Hi, i've just bought this bag which is awesome! But why some reviewers showed the different of this bag? Is it possible that I bought the new version? Coz in this bag some people showed that it had some pocket n mine is nothing. Too bad coz I really want the bag that it had some pocket.
If I recall correctly, 5.0 has less pockets or compartments, and is generally simpler overall with a few less features, such as the strap alignment feature. In my opinion, the pro is the much more worthwhile purchase because I see it as having a much larger variety of use-cases, even if you don’t have those cases to *use* it for. It just feels more versatile

Hi! Could you tell me the exact width of the laptop pocket? The width of my laptop is 28,5 centimeters (11,22 inches) and unfortunately it doesn't fit UA Hustle 5.0, so I'm really curious.
The bottom of the backpack has a bit of padding on it, and a waterproof coating it seems. I have never had any issues and I have used this backpack for my laptop every other day!
I had to stop at 1:42; if you are going to do a review read up the item first. Don’t wing it with what you think it’s for. The pouch you put a hair tie is for a cell phone. The side you have your cologne and said it’s for some kind of liner… that’s an insulator to put your water bottle in. 1:42 of my life wasted
By all means tell them. I’m not trying to hide bad features of products. My channel is often about highlighting bad features, and praising good features
To be fair I haven’t experienced what you have, but I also haven’t been in heavy rain for long periods. But keep in mind Im pretty sure I never said this was a trail bag… 🤔

I doubt it would bunch for you on this one. Also you can tie them in a simple knot to avoid it if you need

You bought UA hustle 5.0 not hustle pro
The hustle pro should all have the same design. Sometimes it’s called storm contender as well. Maybe people are confusing it with the 5.

So the width seems to be approximately 26.5cm. It may not fit your laptop! That’s a huge laptop btw!
