But due to much modern features it is little safer. But sedans have pretty good drivability, comfort and handling yes added safety benefits. So even for hard road conditions which are just minor part. It give a good comfort. It is not like every part of kerala is so bad in roads. Most of roads sedans just do good. I cannot agree your point for long drive sedans are pretty good choice. As you should know that India's SUV market came a little late than sedans so yes in that case also sedans are ideal for indian roads. Most companies make sure when it comes to India. For an average consumer offroading is just short journey especially in recent times. And yea nobody is going with families for offroading. It is just an individual choice. Yes one more thing. Cost worthiness is also higher on sedans.
