    In 3:33 you have said
    UFH is useful in pepole at high risk of ""bleeding"" bcs it more fast in action
    Do word bleeding was meant or you mean high risk of thrombosis?

      That's a great question. Unfractionated heparin has a shorter half-life than LMWH, meaning that it is more rapidly-reversible than LMWH. This makes it the preferred treatment for patients who are at HIGH risk of bleeding complications. Hope this helps!
