I have done my fair share of deep-dives into human design, and as much as I understood many things, there have always been some dots that just wouldn't connect for me and my understanding of myself as a projector. I've watched many videos and read many things in an attempt to understand, but something always felt incomplete. Something about the way you explained everything in this video finally did it for me. The energy part of the equation resonates so much for me. I just found out about Human Design. As a Projector, I’m trying to understand how to work in alignment with my energies. This feels so freeing! I can stop trying, stop forcing things to happen in ways that haven’t worked in the past. Now I need to find that 1 thing.

My wisdom and intellectual property is so profoundly valuable for the world that I’ve been desperate to get it out to the world, and DRAGGING my feet in that because that kind of initiation is not my natural setting. So even though it’s with the best intentions, I’ve been giving my power away subconsciously out of a desire for recognition. Love it! I spent my whole life trying market, promote and date as a manifestor. Over the last year, implementing and falling in love with my projector 1/3, life is totally different. From rushing to slowness. From complexity to simplicity. From busyness to relaxed. From pushing to sitting back. From forcing to flow. I also have 7 undefined centres which can be quite intense. I have a projector friend with 7 defined centres so he’s a totally different projector all together. Knowing our HD is utterly transformative ❤
As a projector in year 6 of deconditioning, I love how you broke this down in simple terms. 1 specialization, saying no as a form of power but not a power move, yes you can move if you want to but 1:1 needs an invite.

So, let me get this straight.... Let's say I want to start a business about Human Design (i'm not, but whatever): I can make an ig profile and start explaining to my follower what it is with posts and videos, but I'm not supposed to make lectures to anyone until they ask me right?
well there is a correlation between the frequency of s healthy body snd actual electromagnetic alignemnt so it maked sense, but I wouldnt say its Projector specific, everybody benefits from a healthy body, obsession is also not good, so its not the more the better, in my opinion.

that's right, but in projektor's case it doesn't have to do with rest :)? so that the projectors don't chase like MG, because they are not generators :) I mean the type of rest at the projector that is not lying down and doing nothing, but resting by taking care of yourself
