I've seen him 4 times he's really fantastic I saw him twice at the beautiful Capital Theatre once with the New Brunswick Orchestra in NB Canada where he lives and so do I, and it was so good, I saw him twice with the Mellotones in NB also and it was fantastic. I just love him great voice so powerful.
So, I'm already mental over the Maple Blues Awards video of this song AND the outdoor one from California, and now THIS version too? It's like dyin' and going to heaven!
That is some really good tune, By'. Alot of talent playing some good sound. Matt never gets the recognition he deserves. He has wicked guitar skills, substance, and one of the most powerful voices to ever grace our ears. The crowd seemed inattentive though.
Way Way I LISTENED TO IT AGAIN ALL THE WAY THROUGH THIS TIME JUST TO BE SURE BECAUSE YOU ASKED IT'S STILL RUDIMENTARY THE GUYS VOICE IS WORKNG BUT HIS GUITAR PLAYING SHOWS NOT A LICK OF WORK TO PLAY THE BLUES YOU HAVE TO BE A BLUESMAN SURE HE'S HAVING FUN BUT IT'S NOT THE REAL THING I'M GLAD YOU ENJOY IT CARLOS GUITARLOS 90042
@@GuitarlosCarlos Hey, thanks for the reply. Fair enough, I'm not a guitarist so I just let my ears fantasize. Any chance you could elaborate a little more why you say the things you say? I'm quite interested in your opinion about Matt.

@@GuitarlosCarlos is that you in the hat? Yes, I know it's you. Shit, Mon, I've stumbled across you before. I like you, but let's not get carried away. Ya want the facts from what I have witnessed thus far - Matt has more Blues in him than maybe in your hat on a windy day. You talk a good talk though. BB wouldn't be proud. Colin James has more Blues and that's saying something. Jeff Healey would tell ya to pipe down. I think that I can hear the Blues immediately too and you are not it. Later, Mon.
