sometimes is to hard say NO, but I think that depending the conversation, the place or the situation , but I'm very grateful to you for teaching me to be courteous in refisung to face any situation. Happy New Year Luke!!!
This is a kind of a personal growth or self help video mixed up with English learning. I came here training to learn some English and I ended up learning some useful tips about saying NO, not just when we have to but when we need to. From now on, it would be much easier for me to say NO without having that feeling of guilt for not pleasing other people when I really can't say yes to their request simply because at the moment I have too much on my plate and I'm really very busy.

Ok so was organizing the dishes for my brother to do and our mom came in and laughed and basically said she was checking because she heard crashing and I said good and went back to organizing the dishes and she asked why was I being so rude
Oh man... I come here for help... May I know how to reject a help request from roommate when I already tell them that I am busy, but this person keep asking me again and again for help on the same issue? Thanks.
