I have the Bose sunglasses with built in speakers which I LOVE. It's safer to wear those instead of headphones where you can't hear your surroundings. Plus it's just easier since it's a two in one instead of wearing both separately!

I'm literally obsessed with this series. I feel really motivated after watching these videos. It also makes me want to conquer more fears of mine when it comes to being an adult. Like doing stuff on my own more and became more independent.

MEAL ideas with lots of leftovers (aka less cooking, more result):
- Lasagna (you can even blend the veggies if you have texture issues)
- quiche (you can make one with salmon and broccoli! Or classic cheese&bacon)
- spaghetti carbonara
- homemade tacos/nachos
The BIGGEST tip is to prep your food (veggies and fruit especially) right when you get back from the grocery store. It really makes it easier to eat healthy foods because it's ready to eat!

I love the simple things in life that give you the productive satisfaction. A nice walk, organizing a random space in the house, making a to do list, cooking a small meal, throwing some laundry in the wash. Don’t have to be ON GRIND TIME 😈😈 to be happy and successful. Your series really highlights the beauty of simplicity.
