Hi Sir, I was in L1A and was nearing my maxout and my PERM was filed by my employer in EB2 before I leave .. and my employer raised Canada visa to work from there.. so I had to leave country while the PERM was pending approval and it’s been an year now after filing . All my colleagues filed around that period got the approval and am yet to get it.. it’s bit bothering .. could you please confirm that we can travel out of country while the PERM is pending and will not impact the PERM approval by USCIS..
