It's very simple. A loaf of white sammich bread , marg , tub of Kool Whip and a package of frozen strawberries. Butter slices of bread with marg and put a layer on a pan ..then coat it with Kool Whip. Next spoon some strawberries you have thawed out in a bowl over a layer. Then just repeat. When you have a nice size cake ice the whole thing with Kool Whip. Last..for the magic to happen you need to leave it in the fridge overnight. Booom!!! People won't believe what you made it from it's so good.

I went plant based a long time ago and just haven’t really used custard since. But a little while ago, I needed it for something and just figured out I’ll give it a try without a recipe. I poured full fat coconut milk into a pot and added vanilla powder (just homemade blended vanilla, vanilla extract would be good too), a little yellow food coloring and when it reached boiling, I carefully added corn starch stirred into a little water (or best: use the coconut water from your coconut milk can) into the custard until it reached the thickness I wanted. To be 100% truthful: It was the best custard I have ever tasted! No, it did not taste like coconut at all. What a great thing to use for desserts etc if you can’t have eggs/dairy or just because it is real yummy❗️❣️❗️☺️🤗

You brighten my day with your smile's and dimples and I love hearing you laugh; I'm glad you're not one of those serious chefs who are frankly, dull to watch. A bit of humour in the kitchen is called for.
just a bit advice for next time you make custard. Make sure you boil some water and dilute some of your custard powder in some cold water. when your water is boiling add your custard mix until thick :)

I think Lee was quite harsh, because both myself, my wife and our cat Bogroll LOVED it We had plenty of left over custard which was much alot more runnier than yours so we made some special cocktails with it! We call them vanilla sloshies, and they are birdseye custard, mixed with sam booker and they are YUMMY but don't have too many or you'll be sick like we was. She washes onions and meat but has no problem using those scales that haven't been cleaned since the day she bought it/inherited it from her mother. Also when she spills food on that nasty cooker she promptly picks it up and throws it back in the pan. I don't understand her logic. Or why she's breathing through her teeth. My daughter gave me this mantra to say I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm relaxed and my body feels awesome, thank you, thank you, thank you.
