In the description of the product, it doesn't say to wash it off, but as long as you give it some time for the skin to absorb, it shouldn't be too big of a problem:)

I honestly never tried them myself altho I heard a lot about it. Maybe you should look at each of their benefits and compare from there:)
Which one is real, there is two types of this essence. One of written in english, the other one written in korean language
