I'm back with questions...😅 Did you utilize the Aug 1-25 ship your stuff into SCAD option where they take your packages to your assigned room? If so, did it go well?
I did ship my stuff to scad, but only to the mail center. I had to take my stuff up the elevator. The mail center worked just fine though, I’d recommend it!
@@isis_lisette What about the top of the handing fairy lights? It was hard to see what you used to hang them....thumbtacks too? Or, some sort of thumbtack with hanging fastener?
Also, can you share what type of clothes you brought for the first semester. My daughter starts in the fall 23 she'll come home obviously before T-Day. Did you take some clothes home and return with different clothes or just take most of your clothes for the year? tia Room and tour is very helpful. If you want to tell me the brand of the ice maker too that would be great.
@@wendyschultz9552 Lot’s of great questions! First off, yes, I used more thumbtacks to secure my fairy lights. As for clothes, I did switch mine out every time I went home for a break. For fall quarter though, I would recommend having at least 2 or 3 sweaters for the occasional cold day and one nice jacket. In general, tank tops, shorts, and anything best suited to warm weather will be worn throughout the entire year. Savannah gets hot and humid out of nowhere! I didn’t purchase the ice maker, but I believe it was it was Zafro brand. Hope this helps!🥰
Hi! Is your bedspread a twin xl or Queen? I was thinking a queen might work better so it hangs over the bed and covers the open space. Yet, maybe twin xl's do the same??? Incoming freshman daughter and we are trying to do some shopping. 😊
I originally had the same thought about queen bedding, but twin XL ended up being perfect! Since the beds are up against the wall, the bedding only has to cover one side.

Lots of thumbtacks! Command strips are discouraged so very few were used to put stuff up. Thank you enjoying the tour!💘
