- Muay Thai legends Dieselnoi Chor.Thanasukarn and Samart Payakaroon teach how to correctly execute straight knee strikes in the super seminar held here at Tiger Muay Thai on February 18th 2020.
Known as "The Sky Piercing Knee", Dieselnoi was the most dominant Muay Thai fighter of all time, holding the Lumpinee stadium lightweight title for 4 years straight before having to retire due to lack of challengers, and winning the "Fighter Of The Year Award" (the most prestigious prize in Muay Thai). Also a 3 x winner of the "Fighter Of The Year" award, Samart is widely regarded as the most technical Muay Thai fighter of all time, who won the Lumpinee stadium title 4 times and also crossed over to boxing, where he became WBC world champion.
It was a pleasure learning some technique secrets from these 2 masters, and we look forward to having them here again for more seminars in the future!

0:14 the man who taken Dieselnoi's knee is Namkabuan. He was great with knee strike too. Unfortunately, He died at age 48 in April 2021 by lung cancer. (In fact, he didn't even smoke!)

The insane depth of talent in TMT is kinda scary. Over the course of a couple months you could get tooled by Volko, Petr Yan, Khamzat, and Shevchenko all in between learning the jab and teep from the quintessential femeu fighter and being put in the blender by the most destructive knee fighter in history.

I didn't know Tiger managed to recruit Dieselnoi and Samart
Dieselnoi just grapples a fighter moves to plum position after that you go nowhere until he decides to rip you to either side. Then you catch multiple knees to the side he just just ripped you. 10/10 would not recommend fighting him

that's because Most will shy away from the imminent risk. so there is no "switch-knee" in this case.
The quick switch is a give away. It telegraphs what you are going to do. Walking into it is deceptive
