HOLY COW--i swear i just experienced the entire scope of human emotion in 9 minutes. i went from complete dejection and horror and lack of faith in humanity to absolute joy and love and having my confidence in people restored yet again. it's so awful to see a dog be treated so callously and in such a disgusting manner but it's so wonderful and even beautiful to see so many people working together to save the life of a poor little defenseless dog and CONTINUING to do so day after day. god damnit i love this video. you guys are great.
This was the worst thing an animal could go through. But Jordan is such a brave dog that he was able to get pass all the hurt he endured. Now it's being loved and enjoying life. 🙏🏽

My heart completely shattered when I saw the poor little guy sitting in the chip bag...he was trying to find a dry place to sit and the only thing he was able to find was a chip bag. I hope that the heartless person who hurt him goes to hell.

At the start i was full of outraged tears at his cruel treatment. Then as he was put through the various stages of recovery my tears were now of happiness at his new life. I'm sure the folk at H.F P don't think of themselves as being anything special. Let me assure you that you are very very special people.
I wouldn't mind having a dog with 3 legs. I'm not lying. Dogs are Dogs no matter what like a Human with cancer is still a human no matter what.😐

Totally made my heart hurt when I saw him sitting on that chip bag shivering. And then to find out someone harmed and tortured him made it worse. We may not know who did this to that sweet innocent dog but God knows. Praying for conviction on his soul for what they did to that dog and any other animal they harmed along the way. So glad the dog survived and got to feel the love and kindness they so deserve. Thank you for helping!!

This video tears at my heart! I'd go to jail if I caught someone that did that to a poor animal!!! He is such a BEAUTIFUL little boy! I have a rescue chihuahua named Nacho that lived on the side of the highway for 7 to 8 months and was finally caught. He is THE LOVE OF MY LIFE and been 8 years this June when we became best buddies! God blessed both of us!

This was sad. I hated seeing him on top of that chip bag alone and giving up, but it is still was not Hope for Paws' saddest story. The saddest one was of Dennis, the abandoned pittie that was living in a cardboard box full of garbage and was covered in ticks by a highway. So many people passed him by and no one did anything. By the time HfP found him, it was too late, he was dying. He didn't get to know what a good life was. That was the most vile and repulsive thing, people completely apathetic to the pain of a dying animal and have the galls to simply make a face and walk away. That's the part I find vile and repulsive.
I'm sitting here crying with my 5 year-old daughter, watching Jordan heal, not only physically, but emotionally. Thank You Hope for Paws.

Poor baby. I am glad that you get over the injury thanks to the rescue team and recover.
It never fails to amaze me how dogs can lose a leg and be better on three legs when the damaged leg is beyond saving. What these people did to this poor boy is unspeakable and his poor wee face when Eldad approached him. It was wonderful to follow his journey and to see him recover so well. Once again love and care triumph over adversity, he's a beautiful wee dog and I'm sure he had no trouble finding a forever home. Love and blessings to Jordan and the HFP's team, you do magnificent work. I do realise this an old video, I love to follow your work and it's my intent to become a friend of HFP.

I don't own a dog, never have. But I watch this video 2 or 3 times a week. This dog has seen both war and hell. I've never seen anything with such a broken spirit with fear and defeat on its face than this amazing little creature. It seems as though he was in the river just waiting to die, and if suicide was possible, I believe he would have done it. Truly the heaviest video on TH-cam.

I'm always having dogs in my life they fight with spirit and passion but can't speak so that's y they can't defend themselves at all or protect themselves they good animals too have and not be beaten abused or tortured.... I want too see everyone who ever harassed any animals by torturing abused beaten spitted on or kicked too get the same punishment without warning or drugs too see how everyone of the animals who been hurt tormented or victimized the same exact way possible or outright the death penalty

What kind of person does that to their family. I never loved her the same anymore, she's evil. So every time I watch Vet Ranch I think of Cody. How am I suppose to know if he's still alive or anything?
I just wanted him to know that,even though I like tease him with his toys and treats and he bites me sometimes. I still LOVE him with all my heart and I miss him. I never been so upset in my life to wear I cried everyday and ignoring my grandma for months. And he was my therapy dog bc I have depression and know I don't have him here to help me deal with it.

I am a grown man and when I watched this about 4 or 5 years ago and I cried so much when I saw him sitting on the plastic. Desperately trying to stay dry. Knowing that somebody can be so cruel to cut his leg off and throw him away like garbage just ripped my heart out. NO living creature should have to go through so much pain.
I'm just happy that he is in a good place now and will be given the love that he deserves.

I watched this story 6 years (approx) back and I was broken and sobbing. How could anyone do something so evil, traumatic and agonising to a helpless little pup?
