I had the mint one. I had nothing but trouble. it took 20 to 30 minutes to both come on and connect. I took it back for an even exchange and STILL had the same problem. I even had the the cell phone company conect my phone for me. I put up with this For about 3 months. Finally I just took it outside and SMASHED it on the concrete. I do not miss it and I will never buy another.
+judith Cohen What phone were you trying to connect? Did you do install the update on the Bose? I am thinking the issue is your phone. I have the Galaxy Note Edge and it connects instantly when I turn on the Bose.
