Do you run something like a skimray? It is a continuous coolant filter. Lean tip glue magnets to the side of skimray on the discharge side . This pulls small particles. Between these both there might be as much as a 2x increase in tool life.
How many CNC machines would justify this? I only run steel and aluminum and haven't changed my tanks in a while. I could see how cast iron this would be an absolute must.

Why just get a paper band filter?

Really easy to suggest a paper band filter but really hard to spend $40,000 for every machine to have one. 99 out of 100 shops will use our method.
