I blind bought a bottle and I like it. It's strong & long lasting which I demand in a fragrance because I'm paying good money to smell it, lol. It's pretty sweet and it's something I can't wear everyday as a signature, but in a rotation among way less sweet perfumes, it's good. Plus, the price is reasonable for most people to enjoy.
Mashaa'Allaah. Just used this fragrance for prayers earlier. Anyway it smells similar to lancome oud bouquet. Not sure bout chocolate note but definitely has praline note.
98% of my fragrances have been blind brought. The reviews from your channel are the reason why I purchased them. Great video my brother.
I agree with you Robert. Time and time again I return to Joy Amin if I am in doubt about a blind buy.
Just recieved mine. I blind bought it and I'm not disappointed. It's amazing and yes, crazy strong. This is the second fragrance of this house that I own. Mutameyez is the other, which was also a blind buy and again, not disappointed!
Shaghaf Oud's atomizer sprays very little juice and rightfully so because it's the perfect amount. It is that strong. Swiss Arabian knew exactly what they were doing when using that atomizer.

Lovely fragrance... the best inexpenssive perfume i ever have... it is next to my Armaf Signature true.
Just receive it.Not very complex,very harsh sintetic opening,heavy rose probably Bulgarian my least popular,extremly strong and reminds of some of the Montale parfumes,when it settles in the dry down is much much better,subtile vanila,praline...Try before buy,its a beast projection and overall performance.I think the rose its just too too much exposed,rose oud combo always gives high performance,especially Bulgarian rose.Only for cold weather otherwise you can kill somebody,literally! :)Keep up the good work Joy!

@@Zepster77 Drydown is really good and stays on the clothes for ages,vanilla is much much exposed in the drydown and very sweet,really beastly performer i bearly use two sprays.Just the opening,it is chaotic,and again bulgarian rose is not my cup of tea though...
man this stuff is strong! a denser version of 24 Gold. Oud is more prominent, and lasts forever. F those watered down, overpriced mall citrus waters, this shit is delicious and women love it..

What Is Oud?
Oud comes from the wood of the tropical Agar (Aquilaria) tree, a genus that includes 15 different species. The tree is believed to have originated in the Assam region of India, from there spreading to populate Bangladesh and much of Southeast Asia. Wood chips off the trees are often burned as an incense, and it's common for them to be used during religious ceremonies and various celebrations throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including China, Japan, and India.
I love this so much . I use 7 sprays . I can't stop smelling my arm when i use this

i'm not too sure about this one. projection, like a mofo. sillage, like a freight train. duration, you have to shower thoroughly, easy 24 hours. it is too strong for anything but cooler days, and use with caution, go easy on the trigger.

@@maoriblack7739 mildly sweet, very warm, and earthy. not for warm days that is for certain. but in cooler weather, this will push most other fragrances out of the way no problem.
@@jonw4595 perfect, so you saying the silage and smell is similar strength to MFK oud satin mood if you ever tried really beast mode. I’m wearing sweet warms scents in the summer too works good on me.

The best flanker of this fragrance is a new one from 2018 with a black flask and a golden cap, called "Shaghaf Oud Aswad"
The incensed roses on that one hits you like a suckerpunch. It's nice but i prefer the white passion version-Shaghaf Abyad.

Hey joy, you should review attar al ghutra from the house of Swiss Arabian. It’s a really nice leather fragrance in my opinion
so oud rose chocolate.. so maybe like a noir de noir Tom Ford essentially?

Shaghaf Oud is more powerful. It is made in the UAE and not in France such as the case for 24 Gold also having gone through reformulations. Basically all Fragrances produced in France get hampered by the IFRA guidelines more than in the UAE

Brother Joy, I wanted to ask you, what would you recommend Frank Olivier Oud Touch or Shagaf Oud Swiss Arabian? I was actually going to purchase Oud Touch, but now that this has oud and rose as well as oud touch both have rose and oud, and saffron. What would you say is stronger and longer lasting and which would you say generally is a better smell? as both are currently same price in the UK. Thank you brother, much love!

Oud touch is one of my favorite ouds if not my favorite. Shaghaf is more sweet thicker denser very good date night scent

Maybe the blind buy just turned out to be a dud. I don't think that they purposely want to waste, etc. Sometimes the only way to get a fragrance is to blind buy. My local stores got rid of the testers when COVID-19 hit.

The other one is Shaghaf Oud Abyad. Abyad mean white but there is no connection with fragrance. May be they named it Abyad because bottle color is white.
what about the quality of that
I think it's the best version of the three Oud Passions. The oregano praline and pink pepper top notes are unique. It hits you hard. Then the smoky incense, patchouli and my favorite ambergris creeps in and lingers for a while. The drydown is a sultry mix of smoky leather dipped in vanilla. Think of a lighter version (in scent and price) of Amouage Interlude.
I also like it's brother Shaghaf Abyad, which is similar to Interlude

It is a cheap synthetic scent for heavens sake, it isn't as expensive as Aventus which gets a lot of flak for the batches. However its overall longevity for you entirely depends on how your skin handles fragrances and how you prepare your skin before applying a fragrance. But for me this scent is exactly how it is stated in the review, long lasting and extremely potent

Mine must be fake...got it on ebay..$39...Not strong or long lasting...I own oud bouquet, and all I need is one spray.
Did you check the sellers ratings? I bought one from ebay. It was fine. You just have to buy from a safe seller. Then I got a few from notino as cheaper but they have a delivery charge, which works out okay if you buy more than one, whereas the ebay one was free delivery and in the same city as me.
It's long lasting but I wouldn't say it's strong strong. It's very smooth. It's not beast mode as reviewers keep saying. It's beautiful though and great quality.

it smells Beautiful, at first you smell Vanille and a lil bit rose and after an half hour you smell chocolate but this is really a beast mode fragrance it is so strong i never seen something like this before, on your clothes you could smell it one month or more if you buy it don't overspray bruh

Because thats the new reformulation, your bottle has no arabic writing, right? I also had the new reformulated one, its not even 6 hours longevity, opening is a chaotic chemical mess. Im returning it tomorrow.

@@TehZnX 100% correct. I have the 06/2021 batch and it is nowhere near beast mode, it is weak and useless actually. The box has english lettering, not arabic. So yes, definitely reformulated and weak now. DO NOT BUY if you expect beast mode.

Don't buy this. You will regret it. I read a comment on someone else's video which said something like "my dad says I smell like a more expensive prostitute" and this dad absolutely nailed it. I have 3 Swiss Arabian frags, this one the one in white and Casablanca and even though Casablanca smells the most appealing to me, I would not recommend any of them!
