  • Welcome back to Dogs of the Wind!
In this episode we explore a little nature reserve which is closer to home but gives us the soothing effect of the bush, Marievale Nature Reserve.
Known as a Ramsar site and a protected wetland it is a haven to bird watchers throughout the year and we are definitely going to be revisiting this lovely slice of nature.
    Hope you enjoy the episode!

Lovely video and some really stunning sightings! 😍
The bird at the end could be a female Red Headed Weaver. I'm sure it's a female weaver at least 😅
Also I believe the bird you have listed as Pied Wagtail is actually a Capped Wheatear!
