With the technology we have today, nobody has ever tried to do some sort of xray, or some other type of ground penetrating something ???? How? He was a hitman for Bufalino. Was he friends with Hoffa? Yes but he wasn't trusted enough by the mob to handle this specific job because he had a big mouth (mobs claim). Also, hes changed his story a handful of times throughout his life and also lied about killing Crazy Joe Gallo.

That if what he says is true even a bit that they quote “Hoffa went missing and they went through hell to make sure concert was poured the very next day” pretty much gives enough reason to believe that Hoffa remains are there in I believe if So sometime later down the line the building will be ripped up for whatever reasons and the people will know the truth
