How did you manage to dissolve the alginate powder in water so evenly? I tried numerous times but end up with lots of sticky clumps despite adding the powder very slowly and stirring vigorously for hours. Heating the water did not help either. Even using bidistilled water instead of tap water did not help.
He is using Sodium Alginate solution. When brought, the Alginate is a white powder, but a small amount will dissolve to form the thick solution that he is using.
