From where I am in the US, I've heard both mudroom and breezeway, but not exactly interchangeably. I've seen a lot of breezeways used as mudrooms since they tend to be like how you have it connecting the garage to the rest of the house. But from my understanding, a breezeway is a covered passageway between two buildings. They (I think originally) don't always have walls - thus the "breeze". Where I am we have all 4 seasons, so they usually are kind of a 3-seasons room/mudroom made of mostly windows on the walls not also connecting to the other buildings. Make for great extended cold storage in the winter! lol
This is amazing timing. I'm doing animal kingdom legacy challenge in cats&dogs and my second gen is kinda blue themed and I'm almost house hunting for her! So this house will be perfect for me, thank you 😍

We don’t really have mudroooms here in Queensland, Australia. I think the closest approximation would be our laundry rooms are usually where the back door and/or garage would be.
Love this build!! Wish I could move in 😂 suggestions for hallways/landings a chair, side table and lamp, little couch, chair and plant or floor lamp or mirror, chair and bookshelf with lamp..basically any combination of those items 😂

We usually have a space in our houses that has the same function (ours contains a washing machine, a freezer and some extra storage for food). The Dutch word is 'bijkeuken'... I think it translates as 'side kitchen'...? O, and could you maybe do a tutorial on how to create nice floorplans? I always struggle so much with that. Keep up the good work!!💪🏻🥰🙏🏻

I feel like I have no right to be even giving you "advice" because goodness almost every darn thing about this build is perfect 😍 butttt 😅 the rug being a little bit under the tub gets me every time! I've noticed a lot of builders seem to do this! And some people have even done it to the fire place, the rug will be tucked up under there. Yes is a GAME but realistically a rug wouldn't be tucked up under a bathtub or fire place as they are built in. other than that STUNNING. You've gained a new subscriber ❤️❤️
