I'm grossly over-simplifying it, though. Just the fact that those "notes" from Hux's voice would be so close together would imply a great deal of difficulty to build a proper melody around; and would also imply an astonishingly high degree of skill on the pianist's part...
You're over complicating it, all one would need to do is use their ear to pick out the notes that he uses when he talks, then add basic chords around that and tuh dah. The most impressive thing is that he actually thought of doing this!
