Since the 1980s, Singaporeans (along with the few well educated Malaysians) has been saying that Mahathir was a corrupted politician. It took another 4 decades for the majority of the nation to realise this fact.
Ever since Mahathir was in administration, the country had never progressed much despite being neighbors with Singapore (a country with no resources) that is a good benchmark. Why is that happening ? CORRUPTION !

With her final dying breath, Mahsuri cursed the island of Langkawi for seven generations. Following her death, the island suffered many hardships, leading the local people to believe in her curse. There is a museum built around her grave, and a room portraying the story in life-size scenes.
