I am a Focuser and have found it surprisingly effective and efficient like little else. After working with the incomplete parts that present as some kind of problem or uncomfortable sensation it becomes easier to just be with all of life as it resents itself. What a gift. I tell everyone about it who is open to looking at this deeper level.
Eugene Gendlin, who coined the word 'Focusing' for this process, and wrote the original book, always said that this is something that some people do naturally ... he only developed some steps to help people learn how to do it.
