This is a good resource to point newer players to, it was edited really well. Maybe a video that goes more in depth with the characters and elfins would be good. You could talk about stuff like getting early greats and perfects on hold notes with Marija to save more life or getting greats with little witch elfin for more points.
A survival Devil idea and PG video are definitely ideas I've had. There are some more things I want to learn before I go forward with the survival one, and I need to find a good song to demonstrate the PG one. A character video would be a good one. I didn't cover them much here.
@@TeamKraines Tokei no Heya to Seishin Sekai master has a route you can show the little witch elfin with greats giving more points thing. I think it might be easier to find songs for survival Marija, but it's annoying to get them consistently.
@@Fable39 There's a lot of survival routes to choose from, it's more there's some mechanics that I don't quite understand yet. I want to make sure I fully understand a few more things before I cover it.
As if this game isn't hard enough as it is already, now we're introducing maths into the game as well on how to get max scores, how tf would you calculate them in real time
i knew the concept of scoring windows sounded familiar. I mainly come from the Guitar hero community, there's a similar trick with Star Power that we call "Note Squeezing"
I just realized this video came out a day after I got the game (I got it on my bday). I guess it's never too late to watch it a few months late so I can improve. Thank you!!
Am I the only really childish one who keeps laughing at all the times he says pp in this video? lmao- really great video though makes the math easier when someone explains it out loud and in a simple way
Yes, specifically Strawberry Godzilla and Notice. There might be more now, but I'm a bit out of the loop on the game now. I did do this though, if you want to see Little Devil go for a low score. th-cam.com/video/FBS7dS18G7Y/w-d-xo.html
You still doing guides? If so, you could take a look at something I dubbed the Little Devil Special Technique. It's a way to get through songs that are otherwise impossible to do as Marija. Feel free to take a look at the guide and see if it's anything for you. (I linked to my guide in a previous comment, so I think youtube didn't let that one fly, so you gotta look it up yourself)
Looks similar to what many of us call Little Devil Survival Routing. I had a Survival Guide in progress, but I got bogged down in the details. There's a lot of stuff going on that isn't seen and then the skill to get the footage I wanted to show off those things just isn't here. I don't have plans to make that (or any other) guide with as much detail as this one. I've lost my interest in Muse Dash/video editing for now. If it ever comes back, it's on my list, but behind other more fleshed out scripts that have already been completed.
@C2 Sure, just add a link back to here and credit me for the original. If you like, you can send me subtitles for here and I can add it as well. Oh, and please send me a link to the bilibili upload as well.
9:57 I came here for this. I wondered why some guys have like 2 or 3 points more than me in a ranking. So it's a rounding error. I don't like it at all.
@@TeamKraines Bismuth got most of his info fron pannen, so he was probably also influenced, and maybe you both just ended up coming to the same reult independently, because your transition is a dead ringer for bismuth's transition (ironically, to the same topic that pannen transitions to in the clip you linked lol).
I literally dug the entire internet trying to find the timing window for muse dash (and many other rhythm games) but for some reason this kind of information is either completely wrong or is impossible to find. Then I found what I needed on this completely random youtube video. How do you measure the timing window in the first place?
I initially learned the timing windows from Hyodo, but I did my own testing to confirm it. To do this I just recorded several videos of the various stages and enemies, and, using the inner reticle as a guide for perfects, counted the number of frames a note was in perfect range and multiplied that by the MS per frame, in my case 4.167 for 240FPS. The numbers tended to be a little more or less than the 100ms window I said in the video, but I chart that up to my own imperfect measurements of each one. The great windows I simply counted the frames after the note left the perfect window until my character got hit with results that backed up the judgement window. To add onto all of this, I also just used my experience from playing the game, as you can sort of get a decent feel for it after playing enough. There's probably more efficient ways, such as delving into the code itself, but I haven't personally done that.

They give different fever value.
4 fever from punching bag and 2 fever from boss.
True. I knew something would slip through.
Everyone is happy when you get perfect till the end of the song untill the judgement says "GREAT"
God damn this is one underappreciated guide. Kudos to you
11:43 ohh, so this is why i see high ranking player with less than 100% accuracy but higher scores
Yo thank you for this, I had actually been wondering how some of these things worked for a while now.
Glad it helped.
Very informative video! Just starting out learning Muse Dash and this is a really good starting guide! Looking forward for more!

It actually isn't so bad once you get used to the different values. Routing gets pretty easy after you do a few dozen.
@@TeamKraines absolute madman, you're amazing dude, keep it up !
5:07 rim notes are best notes.
Epic vocaloid reference
Lost me during the math segments but I think I understand a lot better now how this all works :o
It can get a little tricky. I'm working on another guide to help clear up some of the math.

Randomly found the video and waw very specifically helpful, ty
This guide is amazing. I just got into Muse Dash, and I'm loving the color palettes and rhythm game aspect.
It reminds me of "Sweet Sins 2." ❤
Nice bit of info, good stuff!
I recognized that last chart..that one was one of my recent Full Combos, Elysions old Mans! Love that one.

This is actually a dept analysis! nice!
been playing for two whole years and never even considered what went into max scores i just though they went for all perfects
Bro what a nice video, thanks to your explanation I just got on place 6 of best scores (song: BLESS ME, difficulty: master)
Looking forward to more great videos like this one!
omg thank you for this guide!

I already know most of this but I always like to see this game broken down like this. Good vid.
Nice pannenkoek reference
Man… I would call this “advance” it’s too much for my brain 🤯

One thing i know from this video is “better use manual fever” 😅
nice video dude, thanks !!!
muse dash lore

So there are some rcharts where she can survive without Lillith?

Omg on 13:30 you did the if you we want to know this we need to talk about parallel universes and put the music hahaha
The Muse dash have for to ps4? (Or will have?)
No, not to my knowledge. It will probably stay a mobile/Steam/Switch game.
13:28 Good bit I like this joke
Basic… but 17 minutes lol

One of the highest compliments I could have gotten.
5:19 Many maps she can't Survive Alone... so that means there is a Song that she can Survive Alone?... i am curios which one is it xD
There's a few. Notice 4 and Strawberry Godzilla 7 are the two off the top of my head.
So bunny, joker, or devil?
Wait so every steam version is unique? So I could be playing with a constant buff or debuff?
I hope it's the former lol
Once upon a time, yes, though it seems with the newest versions that most bugs are at least uniform.

@@hurricaneh8534 It would be about half of the perfect window on either side of 0, so -50 - -26, and +26 - +50.
