Thank you for this video. I don’t know much about Tourette’s, but I do a lot of research in health and I’ve heard it a few times that B vitamins and vitamin D can help the symptoms of Tourette’s. I don’t know dosing or remember specifically which be vitamins because Tourette’s isn’t something I deal with, but it might be worth trying.
