I love how passionate Naomi is about privacy. And that she's 100% correct is scary at the same time.

In the Neal Stephenson book "Fall", one of the characters basically destroys the trustworthiness of anything found on internet by creating a system that fills it with a constant barrage of misinformation.

The real question is: what are we going to start doing about this?
Feeling like we are constantly being watched and tracked can make people want to self delete themselves. This needs to stop. It cannot continue. What do we do? Besides just using VPNs and "opting out" like that does anything. What can we do legally? Can we push for new legislation to make this all illegal? Or maybe push the tech companies to make things more secure? There has to be ways. We need action. We need to actually do something.

When a QFC self- check out camera malfunctioned, I saw myself on a camera so powerful that I could see very pore on my face! It wasn't a regular camera - it's power stunned me. I actually stood there, unable to move. I'm sure it was a face recognition camera and it's being shared with all manner of agencies. Everyone is doing surveillance, photographing, face recognition, listening. There are helicopters that have the face recognition and can recognize you in a crowd from about 3 miles. America infiltrates its people more so than even China or Russia because the money demands it. And because of sadistic operators - contractors like Blackwater and CACI who are paid millions to track and monitor people who are not the "cog turning", and they harras people by adapting Abu Ghraib techniques to the American society, like sleep deprivation - targeting people's homes. Everything you write on your computer is read instantly and they'll send a UAV to skim the roof of your house to let you know, like the one that just passed over. So it's not only total surveillance, it's also terrorism. I don't know what people call the deep state, but that is certainly the deep state.

This was 8 months ago and here we are...the trump admin is just weeks away with the promise of extreme surveillance. We need you, Nomi now more than ever. Question... How the hell are we able to say, keep in contact with this community when its probably a given that the trump admin will very likely cut off access to our social media platforms that we depend on for information and a sense of community and belonging?

Nice video. I'm not ready to make the jump to Graphene os. Is removing permissions of and disabling gmaps and chrome to use ddg and open maps on a pixel 6 a good step in the direction of breaking up the ad supply chain?
Also being being invested in and involved in communities on face book and TT, are their any small steps I can take to minimise the data leakage? Naturally I'm already careful with what and when I post to not reveal locations and other people's id's unnecessary.

One thing about airplane mode that you should know is that you won't get cellular calls when you're using airplane mode. Just jave your family member call you through signal instead...which is a good operational security practice anyway.

32 seconds in. I wonder if they get to a point where the state is surveillaing you at every cross walk and intersection, and if you pay the speeding tickets those cameras send you, youre a fool. There are things we have to do in real life that push back against the system, being noncompliant as much as possible, just because the government mandates something does not mean you do it. Quite the opposite really, which is where ethics and morality come into play. Im a good person I do good things, I will stay sovereign.

Yes lets go back some 35 years to the invention of the "infringment notice" or "on the spot fine"
Now just imagine if every single person contested these in a court of law as we have a right to do.
Clog the system. BVe sure there is no room left on their dockets for those stupid DEI cases, like i am clearly a man but you called me a women kind of BS.

Yes there's a filing system in here headed by BLISTEX or Lipton....or the neighbors who kill hens for $20.
There must be a more important argument here for deporting privacy and the mistakes in treatment between the lots themselves, the houses and stuff on them, or the folks living there are what guests expect to be doing near them with certain energies at hand. Mark has to grow up. This isn't the world's want. They want to be able to link to a desktop at a photographer's studio so they can claim their images somewhere easy, like that pretty red hair. Wow.
