Eric Grauffel has all stuff what you need and 40 mag will work only for 40 upper.

@@riksx so having the frame in .40 s&w and your open upper slide is 9mm major, did you experience any issues like feeding, jamming etc? And will the 9mm magazine accept .40 ammo?
