When i walk,i have a pain in my left leg.but,when i doo the rising Lég test,i have a a pain in the left,and in the right Leg too

I’ve had this 5 years. S1-L5 prolapsed disc. I’m only 21. All physios can’t help me. Neurosurgeon doesn’t want to give me surgery. How do I get my leg to open up again? Please please help. I’m also seeing therapy £80 a hour to help. Please help me.
