Great video again Brad, fantastic results and times I can only dream of! Love Bathurst, got my first league (not LFM) win there in Ferrari Challenge series - down more to being able to keep it on track than being fastest guy out there 🤣 Look forward to the next instalment

grats on you getting on a team, for 10 years of not doing this, you are doing very well with this racing, grats bro, and your videos are doing well as well, keep it up :D
Cheers mate! So thankful to the team for giving me a go, they are helping me learn so much. Certainly will keep pushing on all fronts! Keep us updated on your driving progress with the wheel.
@@BradleySettersMotorsport well im relearning everything, since i started with the ideal line and thats not even good to practice with, so i took it off and in the process of learning all the tracks, trying to get consistent LFM rookie times, then eventually i wanna join LFM, i learned about apexs and race lines from my dad cause he raced a bit when he was younger IRL, but im still gonna watch track guides as well cause the ideal line assist just holds me back, just i got rid of it
Yea it is a bit of a re learn. I wouldn't worry about learning all the tracks before you start LFM. There are still some tracks that I haven't driven yet. Remember that a LFM season is 2 tracks each week. So you can focus on learning the tracks as they come. Probably focus on the licence track to start with.
Cheers Jack! Honestly I am surprised I did not have more chaos in this video, I really did expect a lot of pain. Pro Series again this week? There was no chance I was going to race at Nords last week haha.
That's awesome! If you have the patience, try get over the 95 SA in the game, so you get the rating boost in LFM when you set your licence. Something I wish I did before I started.
@ ohh ok I wasent aware of this il keep the grind on. Honestly racing to build my Safety rating against the bots is making me a better driver. The overtakes are more satisfying aswell when they are done cleanly.
Yea its great practice. You can trust them, so its good to practice driving close behind and constructing your pass. You wont get that situation when you first start LFM rookie. So enjoy the time to learn now haha.
Great!!! And I also really love this track. There is no other track that gives you that strong immersion, especially on the hill. A track where u really need big balls to go full speed *g*.... Keep up the good work and give us more of this interesting stuff! btw: do you have a live streaming agenda?
Thanks Roy! Couldn’t agree more. I hold my breath the whole way down the hill haha. So pleased you are enjoying the videos though. I am working on the thought of streaming currently. I honestly didn’t think people would want to watch early on, but I would like to interact with everyone more often. So keep an eye out!
Nice racing man! I recently started on LFM Rookies and also driving the M4..(I'm much slower).. Bathurst was a total disaster for me this week. Funny my best race I also ran out of fuel on the final lap 😂... Every other race I tangled with other vehicles picking up huge damage. I also really struggled entering skyline and loosing the rear leading to massive damage.
Thank you! I could imagine rookies being a pure chaos on the mountain. There are 3 spots I find you have to be so carful not to carry too much into, and Skyline is one of them. I think a lot of people do actively avoid racing there, as I noted the numbers were down for most of my races. You can’t shy away from the challenge though!
Thank you! Don't really know enough to give specific setup advice sorry. I use a Go Setups subscription and I find it really good at most tracks I go to, and also it saves needing to find good free set ups each week. But still learning the ins and outs of setups at this stage.
Been asked this a few times actually. There isn't a good video that explains it well that I have found. So I will try do a video on it at some point for you.
I think kiwi have put a solid claim on Bathurst being a home track in last number of years haha. Granted in ACC it’s the closest we have to home court advantage!

It is a great looking car! I found the races at Bathurst certainly lacked the same numbers as other weeks, so I feel a lot of players do that same as you. I can understand why haha.
I had an invite to join West Competition Racing on the academy team. They use the BMW for all the team endurance races, so it’s a good chance this week to start getting my head around it all. I’m not bound to just use it though, so the Ferrari will still get plenty of racing.
Picked up your yt channel recently and really enjoying the progression feel of the videos and your story. You have a very nice commitment man good job. I have around a year or two of sim driving under my belt moving from drifting to gt3 racing, dunno why but finding it so fun, currently at around 200 hours in Acc with similar skill set as yours.
