Thank you for a great video, Mike. I'm 52 now in small town middle America trying to set things up to pull the trigger and move overseas in 6-8 years. I just came home from the grocery store and 1 dozen eggs in my local grocery store cost me $3.98. 1 pound of Black Forest Ham was $10.14, and a half a pound of Colby Jack cheese was $6.64. Something that really surprised me because I haven't really kept track of it was bacon. 2.5 pounds of Wright's Hickory Smoked bacon was $17.98. I love bacon and eggs, and this was a shock when I realized how much I was paying. Thank you for the great content - I look forward to watching more of your videos.

I think anyone thinking on moving should definitely do a "trial run" first, spend at least a few months there. And if you don't have a Filipina GF/spouse/in laws, hopefully you can befriend a Filipino you can trust. Having a local show you around, explain things, find things, etc is worth more than their weight in gold, imo.
I always like hearing something a little different that puts a smile on my face. Hearing Janet was the one that taught you to ride a motorcycle did that. 😀. Good for her, good for you. 👍🏻
Mike, i had a Colonoscopy done while here at a small private hospital just over a year ago. I believe your going to be safe. This is a pretty basic procedure and the doctors here are quite capable. Don’t let that hold you back. It was easier here to do then my first one in the states. Good luck!
I'm an American but my soulmate is in the Philippines 💕 I'm preparing to give this life up and start a new one with my soulmate over there 🧳 ✈️ I'm currently trying to learn Tagalog but it is so hard 😅 I really appreciate these videos, you have no idea how informative and helpful they are to me!! 🧠 Thank you, po!! ❤❤❤
I am curious about the arrangements you made with family members to make the transition more smoothly and if you have a family member or two to assist you with USA issues when necessary and how you have set up regular family communication. I know for example anyone can video chat for free on so many different platforms. I agree not only with the medical testing but it is imperative that you bring copies of all of your medical records with you.
Yes, I'd like to see this too--especially how he found out exactly what place to send money to (i.e. pawn shop, etc) in the Philippines so he could pick up the cash when he arrived.
When I converted my US license to a Philippines license. No motorcycle endorsement on my US license but all the LTO woman asked me if I knew how. Yes was good enough. Thinking back, I did have an endorsement on my old Japanese license. Just jogged my memory with your story. Thanks.

Mike and Janet i will be booking my flight for early August arrival. Liezl and I will be living in BGC at least for the first year. She will be moving from Cebu mid July so she will have everything set and ready for me when I get there. We are hoping to join in on Shays next clean up. We will be trying to travel at least once a month after the Christmas season is over
I thought medical was very good and cheap in the Philippines. I would think most people have family in the US that I would hope have access to your account, records and other important documents. Prices are increasing everywhere around the world. Duma might see greater increases because there is a large expat community willing to pay higher prices which does have an influence. I was there in 2008. Living in Tanjay. I took $10k with me and that was more than enough for my 6 month trip. Prior to visiting the Philippines I traveled alot most of my life. This gave me some awareness for what I would need to get me by. Everyone who chooses to travel needs to take responsibility for themselves.
I never really lived in the Philippines and only spend vacations there, but the only thing I regret is buying property that I could never own. Why buy something you can’t own. Real estate in the U.S. is gold guys!! These love struck dudes have to prove there love and inevitably get burned. They have no control and lose leverage with their ladies. Rent here in the Phils. BUY in the states…you’ll get rich. I know first hand
Love your channel, I feel like I know you Mike. Like an old friend from the states. Congratulations 🎊 to you and your wife's marriage 💑. Many healthy happy years to the. Both of you !
Great advice. I’m setting up a motorcycle course at a local Harley store then afterwards they give you a notice to take to the Florida DMV where they will add the endorsement to my license. Also planning to get extra copies of my current marriage and prior divorce documents. Following old dog’s advice I’ll make sure first SS check gets deposited before head over.
Above all else, have a plan A, B or C. I sold my house and two cars. Packed things I wanted to bring in two 70 pound UHaul boxes. Planned to use Frequent Flyer miles so Business Class makes life simpler. On a previous trip I bought a Condo which was planned only as a Summer Vacation unit. I lived in s Studio apartment for 8 years in Pattaya, Thailand. Most importantly, have several money sources or backup Credit cards. In the Philippines it takes several months to get a savings account. In Thailand, you only need to show your Tourist Visa. So know your visa requirements including any Covid related tests.
Funny I've lived in the Philippines for 15 months an have only used Remitly to transfer my money to my wife's BDO account. I actually set up a worldremitly account but have never used it. Have a western union account but never used it either. Have 2 credit cards never used them in the Philippines.
Haha the tote bags I bought one a Pacsafe years back I just sold this week it as new I never used it someone got a good deal until they realise it just extra weight to haul,so I am going though the clearance phase here eBay auction houses,my plan is come to Dumaguete store my case after a few months if I have not a long term rental and go off with as little as possible hand carry bag and visit old friends
Congrats on the future marriage!!!! You two make a beautiful couple and you gel so nicely!!!! God bless you both!!!! Mike, God bless you for doing right by Janet!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much Mike for your channel I'm planning a move myself. Great advice very helpful checklist on what you need in the Philippines and what you would have done differently it's very helpful.👍
When it comes to current prices that's where you can make future videos and keep us updated on the current prices on what you are talking about. Please, thanks 👌👍
Two quick things that I wish I knew. I also brought more clothes than I could use in two life time. Also when setting up your Wise or Remitly acount they have extra levels. You might find that especially at first you might need to transfer more money than the basic levels. It wasn't all that difficult from here but would have been easier from back in the US.
I don't know about wise but Remitly made me submit more information because I was transferring 5,000.00 dollars a month starting 3 years before retirement. I wanted 200,000 dollars in my bank in the Philippines once I made the move to live their.
Remitly only asked me for a bank statement. I need to send $6,000 the first month for some Dental work. After a short conversation and my bank statement they moved me to tier 2 a year and a half later $4,000 a month and no problem.
You both make a good couple Mike and Janet! Congrats on your Wedding Plans. I always get at least one good idea from your vids that I didn’t think of or may have missed. Thanks for that guys. See you in Oct…
Great advice, Mike, because it's based upon your own "been there, done that" personal experience. 👍 Congrats to you and Janet on the upcoming nuptials. Fingers crossed you won't get delayed by bureaucratic hurdles and red tape .👍
I hear you about the Balikbyan. I have already shipped some boxes to be there by the time I get there. I have connections with the owner of the shipping company and he agreed to let me have my stuff in his Manila warehouse for a few months. I should know where I want to settle by January, then can have stuff shipped to that address. I will have other boxes prepared but I won't send them until next year at least. The 4 boxes I already shipped is plenty.
Great advise as always. I like your channel because y’all seem like just don-to-earth people. Good advise for pre-planning medical checkups. But even after a person moves here, don’t for get to get a yearly checkup or twice a year checkup. Us older guys need to keep up with keeping healthy. I’ve noticed a few expat floggers get extremely over weight. Thank you.
Mike, I'm a year younger than you and trying to get my medical ducks in a row before my move to PH. I had my colonoscopy, had all my blood work done, my A1C is good but blood pressure was 140/90 so I'm on meds. EKG was good, but I would like a (CT) coronary angiogram just to check my heart. My Dad had 4 stents at age 65. Stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer are the killers in our age group. Getting older SUCKS! LOL
I bought a few non costly natural products off Amazon about 6 months ago and got my BP from where you are to 120/80 so Doc took me off BP meds. Let me know if you want info as all natural and no negatives and affordable.
@@Matthew-gz4oh I can't say I've had any negative side effects of my BP med's. But I know some do. I just don't like taking daily meds. It's a hassle to me. If there is a natural way to do it please post it. Thanks
Blood pressure at 140/80 at an advanced age is very acceptable ,even 150/160..Big Pharma wants to make more money.European BP standards are to go by,not US.
I'm living in matnog sorsogon and I have no regrets me and my wife have been together for a little over 3 years it's the best feeling I have ever had in my life
I bought the loctote bag because Henry recommended it. I would not leave it anywhere. I want it to travel and carry around with me. I paid $70 so thats OK.
You are a lucky guy to have Janet and Janet is just as lucky for a Filipina to have met and married you! GOD bless you both ! This is the first time that I have seen your video, and I am a fan!
Wonderful Video as usual Mike & Janet as I love your practical advice. And the only way you gain patience is thru impatient situations as you be open to Adapt, Adjust, and open to just enjoying the Journey and Adventure. And don't worry about the outcome PS Loved the tote bag joke and promoting Jamets channel
I am thinking the same about a colonoscopy. I’m coming to PI at or before December. I recently had blood work done. I have a CT scan next week, a heart monitoring test and a knee scan. I’m building up the courage for a colonoscopy before arriving in PI. Ugh!
Does insurance pay for any of these things since they are "wellness checks"? Typically, insurance only pays when there's a known issue (chest pain, knee pain, headaches, etc) before they will approve. How did you get all these wellness pre-travel tests approved?
@@napoleonmdusa8877 : I believe they are wellness checks. I have knee pain so that should be covered. The colonoscopy should be covered. As a former smoker, my annual chest X-ray should be covered. “SHOULD BE” is the pivotal phrase. After all is shaken out I'll probably have to pay something. I am just looking forward to getting all these things done. I desire a clear mind over in the PI’s. Kaiser performed these tests without cost in years last. I'm currently with SHARP medicare with a gap insurance plan. So.. We'll see🤔
You should definitely do it. It’s something most men don’t do u til things are already going wrong, or it’s too late. I’m in my mid30s, but since my father had rectal cancer and my maternal grandfather had colon cancer, I’ve been doing colonoscopies since I was 25. I asked my doctor to set up a 5year reminder in my records.
Hey Mike, items like vitamins & medicine can be used well after the expiration date (several months to several years depending on the way they are stored).
@@mikesphilippineretirement well it’s not like spoiled milk where it goes bad. I worked at a pharma logistics company that stored hundreds of thousands of amoxicillin type drugs for the CDC. Once expired they had the drugs tested and were able to extend the date (3 yrs, 7 yrs or more past the printed expiration date). It’s all about how it’s stored (20-25 Celsius typically) as that impacts the efficacy of drugs. TMI perhaps. Don’t toss if you want to save money. Just store them in the refrigerator.
Once you marry Janet, will you still need to renew your Visa? I just got a colonoscopy at one of the best hospital in central FL. I came in at 8:30 am and was out by noon. Everything was all clear but was told to come back and have it done again in 5 years. I was told there is a 92% survival rate if cancer is caught yearly. Also, it takes 5 years for colon cancer to develop so once you are clear then you really do not have to worry for another 5 years.
great vlog Mike. I was curious on the steps in transferring money and where to get it, and I liked the advise on what to bring and not to bring. there's so many unknowns that it makes my head spin. I've already been doing the medical check ups, have talked to my doctor and we are working together to get everything I need before I head over there in March. I'm already 73 and divorced, not planning on getting married again, and didn't consider getting my divorce papers. I just talked to T mobile about phones in the philippines, and they have a plan for international accts with unlimited service for about $70 per month plus a new phone upgrade. being i have to switch sim cards there, will I still have my old phone number for the states.
Very informative. You speak the wisdom that usually comes with age. I am looking forward to retirement and coming to Philippines soon. I am covering some of these things on my YT channel. I can see doing an interview.
I had a check up at my doctor and eye doctor and eye specialist and get my records to bring with me. I have no plans to get married but I did bring my divorce papers. As for a motorbike I have never driven one and never will drive one and that is why I am buying a 4 wheel electric scooter. Cheaper then a car and hoping safer then a motorbike. I am doing good on $1K Canadian. My rent here is a quarter of rent in Canada. Food costs are about the same as is the electric. I had been here 3 times before I moved here. When I moved here I spent 7 months traveling to find the right place for me. Transfering my license only took 3 hours and I didn't worry about it cause I am retired and not in a rush for anything. The only regrets I have is not sending certain items in the boxes I sent ahead but that is how it goes. Just have to order online. I transfer money to myself by Western Union through my bank and it was so easy. I sent 2 boxes to my friend in Cebu to hold for me till I got settled everything else I sold before coming or put in the auction house which gave me a little more income for a few months.
When you're walking towards your sunset. Philippine slow life phase is the place to go, its good for your heart its good for your health. Forget West Rat Race, Life is a marathon not a sprint. Ride your motorcycle until the sun sets and the wheels falls over. 😁 Congratulations on your marriage.
I can't remember if I commented on your hospital screening ultra sound. That was very likely done for abdominal aortic aneurysm they likely told you about that. We are the same age my. Dr. prescribed one for me early this year. Medicare covered it.
Congrats on your first anniversary of being together and on your upcoming wedding. First of all, a CD endorsement on a foreigner's drivers license is not transferable to Philippine drivers license. Only a Philippine citizen is allowed to have that endorsement. I would not suggest anyone drive a motorbike until they have been in the Philippines at the minimum of six months. It takes that long, if not more, to even begin to understand the murky waters of filipino driving habits. Because law enforcement doesn't enforce the rules of the road already in place (that's the case unless you are a foreigner), a first time experience at an intersection is like viewing a Chinese fire drill - one of utter chaos. It is best to put your life in the hands of an experienced filipino driver many, many times before venturing through the gauntlet alone. Believe me, it's not for the faint hearted. Patience coupled with being on high alert for potential problems are two things that can help in avoiding an accident which a foreiigner needs to avoid like the plague. I strongly suggest a divorced foreigner bring his divorce papers even though he is a confirmed batchelor. Do not under estimate the seductive powers of a determined, super attactive filapina and don't over estmate your ability to resist. She can have you under her spell in a New York minute. Don't get the cart before the horse. That is why it's so important to have at least six months' worth of boots on the round dedicated to understanding the culture; the filapino concept of time; the way local, municipal and national goverment operate before doing anything else. Spending time with expats at the ole waterhole can help in avoiding common mistakes. But leave the filapinas out of the picture until a clear plan is in place as to what needs to be done in order a to have a happy, heathy, and affordable life in the Philippines. Once some of the goals and objectives are set and met, a foreigner is free to cautiously start dating. If a foreigner so chooses to pick a partner or spouse, he can do so by selecting a filapina that understands his goals and is willing to help him pursue those goals. This is where the negotiating process kicks in. The foreigner, in return, must allow the filipina to express her goals and objectivies in life. If the two can reach a common ground then continue the relationship. If not, then they are free to go their separate ways - no harm no foul. The process of seeking another filapina starts over again. This a situation where I think filapino time is actually appropriate. Hinay hinay lang. Just go slowly, slowly. So much more to talk about. Maybe this topic can be revisited at another time.
Isnt it better do the colonoscopy, the CT scans, and all the health check up in the Philippines? There are so many hospitals there. The tests should be similar. Or do you mean the tests are of lower quality in the Philippines?
@@mikesphilippineretirement But the insurance will not pay for your colonoscopy tests or the CT scans. Cause after all its just tests. Right? And you are not really sick. But if you already have cancer then you get the tests for free covered by the insurance in the States if u paid your insurance bills on time. But in that case its probably best to stay in the states until you have it sorted out. It would be good to know if Anerican expats should take these tests abroad such as the Phills since its likely to be lower priced. Right? Cause I guess these tests are just way too expensive to take in the States.
Haha. I bought a Chinese motor scooter off Amazon for $1200 last year because I too have no experience in riding. I have been practicing. Still not that great at it 😂
Hi Janet and Mike congrate with your upcoming marry, question are there in Dumaguete business who sale scootmobiele if so can you make a small video thankyou.
Mark been following you ,I would like your advise please .I have met a lovely girl aged 41 I am 56 ,she as asked for nothing from me .she has two boys and a grown daughter, she gets all medical free cause her sisters are in the military. I am thinking about retirement there with her ,I am going to have a holiday there first to see if everything is OK. Would love your advise please thanks pal
I would like to know how long were you dating ? Just my personal opinion I see a lot of men go abroad and immediately get into a relationship and commit to marriage. Here in The states I was with my ex wife for 10 years before we got married. I just do not understand why people rush to get married .
All solid advice Mike! Love seeing you and Janet together! I have been in Bohol and duma but would be interested in your comparison? Also did you spend any time in Tagbilaran? Does that seem a good place for foreigners?
Can I ask a question or 2? You’ve been there for a year or more…. Are you able to drink the tap water like locals can ( I know you drink bottled water) but would you be able to if you wanted? For my own information when we move there …. also are you acclimated like a local… inasmuch as if it gets cooler then you have to wear long pants etc… like a local? I am trying to figure out how long it would take. E and my wife to acclimatize to those 2 things when we move there Thanks Mark

Good stuff
Congrats on the future marriage!!!! You two make a beautiful couple and you gel so nicely!!!! God bless you both!!!! Mike, God bless you for doing right by Janet!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m gonna try to come back again in September…..
Thank you so much!!
this Time we will stay i Duma and meet you
Thank you so much Mike for your channel I'm planning a move myself. Great advice very helpful checklist on what you need in the Philippines and what you would have done differently it's very helpful.👍
Glad it was helpful!
When it comes to current prices that's where you can make future videos and keep us updated on the current prices on what you are talking about. Please, thanks 👌👍
Will do!
Todays conversion its 221 peso for a 18pk of eggs in Ontario Canada. Fair amount cheaper for eggs in your region.
good to know, but prices are still on the rise here
Two quick things that I wish I knew. I also brought more clothes than I could use in two life time. Also when setting up your Wise or Remitly acount they have extra levels. You might find that especially at first you might need to transfer more money than the basic levels. It wasn't all that difficult from here but would have been easier from back in the US.
thanks for sharing Lavon
See you in Oct…
see you soon Jimmy
Great advice, Mike, because it's based upon your own "been there, done that" personal experience. 👍 Congrats to you and Janet on the upcoming nuptials. Fingers crossed you won't get delayed by bureaucratic hurdles and red tape .👍
Thanks 👍
good information, Thank you....
Welcome
Great advice Mike, thank you👍🏼
Any time!
Thank you Sir for all of that info.👍
My pleasure!
Congratulations, Mike and Janet, on getting all of your documents in order for your upcoming nuptials!
Yes! Thank you!
Mike and Janet, great information as usual, and I am listening to you and others learning from mistakes 😊
Great to hear!
Great video Mike and Janet. Best no nonsense information vlog I've read. You two are a great team !
we want to see you guy's again soon
@@mikesphilippineretirement 😊 I'll email you
I hear you about the Balikbyan. The 4 boxes I already shipped is plenty.
good
Thanks for all the advice. Appreciate it.
Any time! Rodger
Thank you.
thanks bart
Congratulations Mike. Janet is a lovely lady you're a lucky guy
Yes I am!
I use remitly you can send as much as you want
Thanks for the info
I had al those tests done i take good care of my health that's why I asked you if any gym . We're around
LOL
getting old sure does....good job getting things done b4 coming here
I bought a few non costly natural products off Amazon about 6 months ago and got my BP from where you are to 120/80 so Doc took me off BP meds.
Fluid plans are critical as Mike says! 😊💪
Thanks for your comment

I bought the loctote bag because Henry recommended it. I would not leave it anywhere. I want it to travel and carry around with me. I paid $70 so thats OK.
it works ok for some guys. Just was not for me. Thanks for sharing
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials. Wishing you and Janet all the best.
Thank you so much!
Our pleasure! Thanks Paul
Mike this time ur being a real man to married Janet, congrats to both of you in advance, I wish someday u bring Janet here in vegas.

With Monty
She did a great Job
Another great video. I always worry about bringing the right things. I hope I don't forget anything.
You and me both!
Thank you for all of the good advice !
You are so welcome!
I am thinking the same about a colonoscopy. I’m coming to PI at or before December. I recently had blood work done. I have a CT scan next week, a heart monitoring test and a knee scan. I’m building up the courage for a colonoscopy before arriving in PI.
Ugh!
do it !!!!
@@sostrongineedmoreofyourmon974 : Thanks. I will.
Good advice.
Glad you think so!
Thanks brother ..
Welcome
Can’t wait for the wedding ceremony,Jane is pretty.
inside and out very beautiful
Good advise on what to bring or not to bring. 😊
Thank you
Almost no medicine expires in less than 5 years, many if properly stored are good for 10 years.
all good advice.
thank you @james
Hi Mike and Janet.
Great video with great 👍 information.
Keep up the great work
Thanks, will do!
Hey Mike, items like vitamins & medicine can be used well after the expiration date (several months to several years depending on the way they are stored).
hahaha why would trust anything after the exp date?
@@mikesphilippineretirement well it’s not like spoiled milk where it goes bad. I worked at a pharma logistics company that stored hundreds of thousands of amoxicillin type drugs for the CDC. Once expired they had the drugs tested and were able to extend the date (3 yrs, 7 yrs or more past the printed expiration date). It’s all about how it’s stored (20-25 Celsius typically) as that impacts the efficacy of drugs. TMI perhaps. Don’t toss if you want to save money. Just store them in the refrigerator.
Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. You’ve got a good one in Janet. I wish you many more years of happiness
Thank you so much!
great video
Thanks!
Hi Mike and Janet,
Another good one. Thank you. John
Thanks for listening
Good luck and congratulations for your upcoming marriage.
Thank you so much!
Geechee Lion has subscribed to you. Look forward to information exchange.
I hear you. Buying too much stuff and being flexible with travel.
Also, it takes 5 years for colon cancer to develop so once you are clear then you really do not have to worry for another 5 years.
thanks for sharing
great vlog Mike.
I had to get a notarized letter stating i was not married
Thanks for sharing
where did this come from? I've never been married so I'm curious as to who would be able to do this?
your just stating your not married and have it notarized
I sent 2 boxes to my friend in Cebu to hold for me till I got settled everything else I sold before coming or put in the auction house which gave me a little more income for a few months.
great info. thanks for sharing
It was hard for me to find clothes to fit me. I would have to buy at sm but the clothes there are expensive
Really I did not notice the price being expensive, try Amazon
Thanks Mike, good info.
Thank you
When you're walking towards your sunset. Philippine slow life phase is the place to go, its good for your heart its good for your health. Forget West Rat Race, Life is a marathon not a sprint. Ride your motorcycle until the sun sets and the wheels falls over. 😁 Congratulations on your marriage.
Janet seems like a cool girl, good vids mike!
Thanks . She is
congratulations
Thanks Christopher!
I can't remember if I commented on your hospital screening ultra sound. That was very likely done for abdominal aortic aneurysm they likely told you about that.
We are the same age my. Dr. prescribed one for me early this year. Medicare covered it.

Mike, rewatch this video when you get the chance... I believe you will connect with your viewers FAR more without the sunglasses!!!😎
Will do next time if not so bright outside
Congrats

You guys need matching sunglasses! ❤️🤭😊
hahaha...
World Remitly totally sucks….have 2 backups
never had a problem
@@mikesphilippineretirement I have and I have used it a lot lately, I had a problem and today I waited one hour and 18 minutes on hold.
sorry to hear that..I use it to pay my rent and transfer money to my bank in the Philippines 2x a month no problems
Isnt it better do the colonoscopy, the CT scans, and all the health check up in the Philippines?
There are so many hospitals there.
The tests should be similar.
Or do you mean the tests are of lower quality in the Philippines?
b4 you leave you home country get them done if you have insuance
@@mikesphilippineretirement
But the insurance will not pay for your colonoscopy tests or the CT scans.
I have a question you're not the only one but I heard other blockers say bring a unlock telephone how do you know if your telephone is unlocked
Haha. I bought a Chinese motor scooter off Amazon for $1200 last year because I too have no experience in riding. I have been practicing. Still not that great at it 😂
That is awesome! You will get better with time
Hi Janet and Mike congrate with your upcoming marry, question are there in Dumaguete business who sale scootmobiele if so can you make a small video thankyou.

I am thinking about retirement there with her ,I am going to have a holiday there first to see if everything is OK. Would love your advise please thanks pal
Congrats!
thanks
thanks for the post.
what is the cost of a full time house keeper for a condo?
thanks
I would like to know how long were you dating ?
Just my personal opinion I see a lot of men go abroad and immediately get into a relationship and commit to marriage.
Here in The states I was with my ex wife for 10 years before we got married.
I just do not understand why people rush to get married .
I'm 69 not waiting 10 years..hahaha...15 months
All solid advice Mike! Love seeing you and Janet together! I have been in Bohol and duma but would be interested in your comparison? Also did you spend any time in Tagbilaran? Does that seem a good place for foreigners?
yes i visited Tagbilaran, will do video soo about my thikig of Tagbilaran
Can I ask a question or 2? You’ve been there for a year or more…. Are you able to drink the tap water like locals can ( I know you drink bottled water) but would you be able to if you wanted? For my own information when we move there …. also are you acclimated like a local… inasmuch as if it gets cooler then you have to wear long pants etc… like a local? I am trying to figure out how long it would take. E and my wife to acclimatize to those 2 things when we move there
Thanks
Mark
