Also, during Covid when I couldn't find toilet tissue anywhere, I purchase that cheap Chinese crap that clocked my sewer within 3 days. Almost flooded my basement with the backup. The crap never dissolved. My spouse had to remove all of the undissolved tissue stuck near the sewer cap. I've never had any issues with Scott.

Crazy tip here. To save money but still enjoy the expensive TP, my family went to a GENERIC Scott (LOL), **BUT** we wrapped it in a thin amount of a softer Charmin. This way we used less-clogging but didn't have to feel like we were wiping with sand paper.

Charmin clogged by septic tank 5 times

Damn. Just inspected my 3 tanks. Not happy. I WAS a charmin home. No more. My first tank has a layer on top of water you could stand a gallon of milk on. The second tank more floating garbage and slow trickle to 3rd tank which has pump. So i dumped $25 worth of septic treat in every drain and into tanks. Switching to scott tp. Hope the treatment breaks down the remaining cardboard in my first two tanks. Btw if you stop at 104 which i did to make this comment you will get a great laugh.

Charmin is fine if you buy the name brand 2 ply listed as sceptic safe.
And I know because I own a lake house in Douglas Co Wisconsin that I rent out.
The only time we have to pump our sceptic on our AirBnb is when our dumb@s$ renters buy the cheap stuff from the dollar store that doesn’t break down and isn’t sceptic safe. Or they use the “wet” flushable wipes.
Whenever it happens I just add a $4000 charge to the renters tab.

I buy scott. Everytime I go to someone elses house I always notice how luxurious their toliet paper is. However I buy it for our septic and we have a butt sprayer that helps alot. 😅 I refuse to fight over toliet paper in another pandemic (why I bought the butt sprayer toliet attachment).
