I like how you mentioned the chakras being energized or low energy. I feel the same way. And it also helps me to identify what kind of energy. I have a very active heart chakra, but if it was a happy energy, I may try and redirect that to a different chakra like my third eye or crown with some lapis. As it is, it’s a very angry and hurt energy, so instead I try and lower and dispel that energy from my body. Black tourmaline seems to be helping. I have a little one I can wear on my neck and a big one I use for meditation.

Thank you so much for this. My crown was balanced and my 3rd eye was no movement AT ALL. But asked them all to open and be in their perfect balanced state and my 3rd eye the rest were. Awesome. Thank you!

Thanks, I always found it a pain to check the crown by hovering over it. Yet I can do other people’s energy from afar doing it over my chakras, and I knew to ask questions of myself using it over my hand, so this makes sense! Way easier! Balancing them instead of opening them makes more sense too as I see they are often too open or barely open. Not crazy about the advice of opening them with just crystals and oils though, as the thoughts and traumas that caused the issues aren’t being addressed then. Also, that shirt!!😂

Also, great insight on the energy levels of the chakras on the scale of too high, too low, or balanced and center. I just resently learned about the soul seed star and earth star chakras. I thought there were only 7 of them, always learning something new.
Hi Adam, love your videos. I have a set of glass bowls in chakra colours n hold the pendulm over each one asking various questions. I have also followed this up drawing a tarot or oracle card for advice that would help in that moment with that chakra. Thanks for all your wonderful videos.

I do diff pend dowsing technique. I find that some chakras are atrophied. Need to carry colored crystals for a while to get the numbers up to acceptable.
Crystal Pendulums are amazing I use a pendulum with Arfvedsonite and moldavite - to reenergise chakras. I have only done this intuitively and have seen some interesting behaviour from the pendulum while working with people. Clock wise rotation = yes side to side = no Counter clockwise ?? I dont know but have had some powerful healing experiences with others when this happens. I want to recenter and realign the chakra and rebalance the energies throughout the body. Recently I did one where I used this on a client with the crown chakra, the pendulum was spinning very large circled for a very long time before coming to a centre where the pendulum fully just abrubptly stopped then started a vertical up and down motion. I asked if the chakra had been re-centered and realign and rebalance and it said yes. I then proceeded down the body - the client , was deep in sleep and left her body. after working all their chakras I was able blessed to be guided to the right crystals for the client to rest and travel with in a kaleidoscope healing journey
Can you hook the pendulum onto something else? I have a very shaky hand and I don't have anyone else to check my chakras for me. Is it possible to put it on a suspended hook and stand in front of it or does it have to be held by a human hand?

A quartz crystal is universal. Therefore, it technically could replace any crystal if you are missing a specific color you want to use.
