i Guess its like a controlled rot for some cheeses that involve mold growth to make the rinds but like. cheese at its core is about compacting cheese solids: new or aged or soft or hard, thats the essential part, not fermentation/mold. like, cheese is just milk tofu.

Full lore: The green balls once all lived happily in their skyscraper city until some parts of their green city became red with corruption. This corruption was deadly to the touch and there was no clue where it came from until a pathway beginning with a drop opened up, there was a message at the beginning of this drop down path labelled but the architect. The message is as follows, “I’ve grown tired of being your architect, manage and supervising your city from the shadows so I’ve come to force a change. The one that finds me will be gained the power of the architect and will be able to remove the corruption from your city.” So, in hopes to save their precious city, the green balls rolled down the architects path. This is where the game starts. Throughout the game, you face the architect’s trial to weed out the unworthy of the power of the architect. The trial is completely made up of the architect’s power. This is why the infinite void haunts the player from below and why copies of the skyscrapers from the green balls town sprout from it. No one knows how far the trial goes as the green balls lost in trial do not return. Participants keep facing the trial head on but no one has succeeded. I definitely didn’t make this up on the spot and definitely watched the 7 hour video on the lore for the game. The video goes into much greater detail on why the architect grew tired of being the architect, what life in the green balls’ city was like, what would happen to the architect after he passes down his title, etc. It’s a great watch.
Every once it a while, when I've got my work done in class, I'll pull up this game and grind on it for the rest of the period. *FUN FACT:* If you spam hit enter (and I mean spam your heart out) before getting sent to the menu, you can potentially have 2 maps stacked on top of each other. You can do this again and again, stacking more and more maps on each other, to get more and more score, but the lag is less than pleasant.
Have you ever gotten so many layouts layered that you hit like 100 points in a few seconds? It's fun, but it's way too laggy to reach a new high score.
@OLF-lotr The most layers I've gotten is I think 14, and I just happened to not spam enter fast enough to go higher, but yeah it was laggy as hell. It's super difficult to get that many points so quickly because the maps unload as you go further, meaning there's less jumps you're technically clearing.
In the second version of the game you played, there’s a glitch that breaks the game. First you need to die to a red block, (not the ones at the start,) then spam enter or whatever key makes the game restart, then if you did it right it should break the game
I used to know how to replicate it but there is a glitch where if you hug the wall in the beginning when you falling it will make duplicates of the map all stacked on top of each other and when you fall you fall infinitely
On the official speedrun version, if you spam enter when you die you have a chance to overlap the previous slope you ran with a newly generated one. If you try this several times it can continue to generate new slopes overlapping the old ones that don't get removed. If you're me and wanted to see if the first jump could count for 100 jumps and managed to get the glitch in a row a ton, then you'll find out that the game crashes not too far in. Also, if you preformed it correctly, DON'T FALL OFF! You will just keep falling and gaining speed. Which if left for around half an hour gets some really glitchy visual effects. Super fun though
You can merge multiple maps into one if you spam the rest button when you die and your score increases randomly between 2-10 every jump but it’s a lot harder, also nice to know that I wasn’t bad at the game lol
I don’t think how popular this game got in its prime can be overstated. I’m talking “would not be surprised to wake up with a Summoning Salt video on its history in my sub box” kind of popular.
The score at the top is to count the amount of platforms the ball successfully gets past. That’s why the moment you hop off a platform and land onto the next it counts the point.
I remember finding a way to escape the death plane and just fall forever, until the ball starts glitching and looking all weird. Very fun, but I dont remember how I glitched it
Spammed the reset button or enter when you died on a run and it would merge maps together and if you fell off you’d fall forever 😊 that’s what I did anyways
bro i opened this game in class once and forgot to mute my laptop the whole class was aggro'd on me bro that first second of music was enough to turn any head
Seeing as a lot of people are saying the music is from gd Most of the songs in the main gd levels are actually free songs that existed a while ago, they were free to use so green ball and gd just coincidentally use the same music Geometry dash tho recently came out with 2.2 witch added it's official first custom song
for every gap that you clear in the board you gain a point and the board is random each time i have gotten times when the board duplicated and fused together. my pb is 100
8:43 Uncle Iroh was given the title of "The Dragon" because he was the last firebender to successfully hunt a dragon (anyone who was capable of this got that title) however Iroh lied, about killing the dragons. (this next part is a theory as far as I know) it is believed that he found the same temple or whatever that Aang and Zuko found, and he did the dragon dance with his son 🥲 and became a "true firebender"
I only played this game during class when a friend showed it to me lol. And also this game's colour theme perfectly matches your profile. Also when you go really fast, you kinda just have to look really far ahead and hope the game doesn't generate something too unlucky, and hope you can make it just one more section
I remember spending DAYS on this game but after a while, I just couldn't get a score higher than 40. Hell, it took me about 89% of my entire playtime to get to 40s and I could never reach it again. It was hella frustrating...
I remember I hacked this game back in school. It's super easy. The leaderboard just trusts the client to report their score, so you can just change it to maxint lol.
I feel so seen by both of them as someone who used to take cheese off my pizza (I still don’t like cheese but am working my way up to liking it enough to eat it on pizza) AND who had “pb&j without the pb” (aka just jelly) sandwiches 😭

One of few gaming sites I found on my school laptop that the school hadn’t blocked had this game. It would get very competitive between me and my friends! 😅
Bryan doesn't eat pizza, Easy doesn't eat peanut butter. And here I thought deranged, psychotic eating habits were generational. The first time I ever heard the sentence, "if you don't finish your pizza you won't get any ice cream" was probably 5-6 years ago when I was visiting my friends and they were just finishing dinner. It expanded my mind in ways I never thought possible. Who doesn't like pizza? How do they not like it? It's bread and cheese. There are people who don't like bread and cheese? What is life? Why are we here?
I used to be cracked in 5th grade at this lol I think my top score was in the 430 range, I remember finding a lot of glitches too like being able to load up to 10 maps at once
plottwist: bryan knows so much of the lore, because he secretly is the architect Ö
