The road is the same no drainage and Road is narrow someway.
Good roads bring financial gain leading to prosperity. People can travel more easily to work in shorter time traffics can flow quicker and easier

Is the long bay section finished i noticed i dnt c any gutters at the side of road for the water to run off
Won't last 2 years before you start seeing pot holes. It needs one more layer of asphalt.

Why not remove those old, narrow bridges ? Road still narrow. Major upgrade in surface but i expected a better road overall.

Why is there water settle on the road? Not good, big problem
Excellent job so far; but please put in the white lines both centre and edges . This is crucial for drivers in the night. I don't see any street lights
The road seems to have been recently paved at the time so the lines may have been done soon after

i thought that as well as far as I am concerned the project is shabby big time I can’t even tell you how much am upset right now trust me
Not enough space to widen roads in east Portland,they would have to build entirely new roadways
This is just a repaving of the old road.
We expect widening of these roads and bridges to modern standards and upgraded water drains like Chec section 1A class project.
One broken down truck and the traffic is a disaster. This local contractor is lacking a lot.
Don't put the blame on the local contractor because they're working from a plan. The Andrew Holness Administration was at fault because they were to improve from Morant Bay to Port Antonio, the problem is someone's pocket of the money? This is the first Infrastructure that has so many price tags on it The first was $11.7 billion jmd second $17+billion and finally $20.5 billion jmd 😡😡😂😭🤣😂

You almost made it to Boston Bay!! I rode my motor bike so many times on this stretch of road. Nice job. Check out my spoken word video about potholes. This road....and my experiences in Jamaica was my inspiration for writing the poem.
All they did was resurfaced the road, it’s the same it’s always been

Not to me , it's wide enough, it's the hydraulics, the flow of water on the surface that's an issue with me.
This road so cheaply done is pathetic! Water is still settling on the sides. Not should have done in such a way to pitch water off to the sides; and, have proper drainage to drain the water off. Obviously, the road should have been lifted and widen as well. Also, important there needs to be more layer applied to the surface. This will indeed ripped up within a year, due to the heavy duty tonnage being hauled daily, as well as usage! Why do we always accept mediocrity! Don’t you realize it’s your tax dollars paying for it!!!!
I concur with you re the flow of the water on the, was making comments on it as I watched the video. I worked on it , we did the benchmark for the water and the levels.
They only show the good part .try going towards St. Thomas direction and you will see pot holes
