HOW TO CLONE YOURSELF IN A VIDEO

How to clone yourself in a video!! In this video, I show all the step by step editing processes behind cloning yourself in videos!
Including both an advanced and a beginner editing tutorial on both adobe premiere pro, videoleap and other mobile apps that have a mask function.
I made this video after a lot of people asked me about how I made my recent viral Reel and TikTok - and here you are! While I did use more advanced masks in my version, this short video editing tutorial shows you how to make duplicates of yourself in a video.

Remember to keep eyeline in mind if you'll be interacting with the clones. This helps sell the illusion that you are interacting with a clone of yourself. In addition, be careful when shooting outside since lighting and other factors may influence the shots you take. Hope this helps anyone.

Already knew how to make the effect, but still enjoyed the video :D Tip for your next time: if you record the video with your iPhone, tap and hold for a few seconds on the screen in the camera app to lock the brightness and focus. So it does not try to automatically set the brightness when anything moves, for example when you walked in the shot with your bright shirt :D

Is the line blue? Or is the line there because the lighting is different between the two clips? If the line is blue then that is just showing where the mask is, and will not appear in the final export. If it is a line due to lighting differences, increase the feather on the mask to blend it more easily😊🙌

hi! quick question . when you say frame by frame , Am I suppose to outline the body and then move the Mask path with said body each frame? if so , How close do i keep the line on the body? are we talking literal outline?

For the advanced video yes you would have to trace the outline of the body for each frame or every three frames☺️🙌

He masked the outline of himself every 3 frames.

Yep I just drew a manual mask around my body for each clip and then keyframed each of them to trace my body as it moved. It may be easier to do in after effects however premiere pro will also work😊🙌
