I remember taking my vinyl copy of Definitely Maybe(Which I still have…and will probably be buried with!✌🏻😉) to parties eons ago before anyone knew what it was!..and dancing around on me own!..then the Bandwagon rolled into town!🤦♂️✌🏻😉

It's a great album. There's a load of great tracks, especially on the deluxe album. I defy anyone to dislike Dead To The World, it's a masterpiece.

a MASTERPIECE he says Lol. yeah i like the song and most of the album.. but all the songs sound the same and slow. even the first song that starts the album is slow..I do like a few songs from hes albums.. but I just prefer Liams albums more..just more rock ‘n’ roll with some slow

Another jewel of an album. The man simply cannot be stopped. "I'm Not Giving Up Tonight", "Easy Now", "There She Blows" and "Think Of A Number" are among my favs. Like god damn, Chief.
That opening track “I’m not giving up tonight” is absolutely outstanding, couldn’t believe my ears, I was naive enough to think he had actually lost it!

I listened to the album all day at work, up and down - 8 hours straight. 'Council Skies' is his best solo album to date and without exaggeration one of my favorite albums of all time. It's fcking brilliant. Noel is one hell of a mastermind.

@@kevwalkden9874 100% agreed, some songs remind me of CY and others of his debut. 2-3 have their own sound and the rest like oasis b-sides. His first two albums were a huge statement in my opinion, and this album was better than WBTM without a doubt, but still didn’t have the consistency

Granted, tea doesn't need to be brewed at 100 C. Even about 80 - 90 Celcius is enough.
If you start with hot water from the tap, boiling it taste that much better! Undissolved solids are broken down in the first process and the second boiling is just icing on top!

R. Smith was angsty about commercial success compromising the artistic intent. NG's attitude was probably the polar opposite! Both are great, though.

I think it’s some of his best solo work, I’ve found listening to a full album of his vocals sometimes a bit much, but this album is a cool listen!

Just looked up Council Skies. What utter shite. You can hear Liam singing it and it'd at least be listenable. Noel is an affable, funny guy, but he's a terrible front man.
