Hey Suchi! Lovely video as always. For bhindi in sambar. ..you can fry them first in oil and then let it boil for a little while,they won't get mushy. You can also add grated coconut while boiling the sambar in the end.

U can add sautéed Bhindi in the last like tadka if u don't like boiled bhindi becoz most people don't like having it.
Try with small onions fry it,and boil with tamarind water ..it tastes awesome & lastly add grated coconut and curry leaves.

Electric blanket available in Costco before getting into bed will warm the bed prior to getting in and switch it off once in bed. Set up a timer for the blanket to come on 2-3 hrs. Before bedtime and switch off when you are lying down.

Hello Suchi, Fry the bindi in oil and put it in the sambar. Also if u Fry small onions and put. It will also be tasty and add a teaspoon of jaggery in the end. It will taste good
Hi Suchi, it felt so cozy here too while watching u taking those warm and cozy sweaters out from suitcases!!! Kind of made me ready for winters which I don't like much like u. U know what , even my birthday comes in winters only and I too like u take sweaters as a gift😊😊 coz I feel cold a bit too much🥶. If u fry the bhindi after making a slit in between and then add them to the ready sambar it will taste 😋 yummy.
I even make bindi in curd gravy after frying them like I said above. Learned frm my Mother in law. Ho sake toh do give it a try.. lots of love❤ and stay blessed.

Hi Suchi, nice vlog about Saturday and getting prepared for winter, you fry bhindi and then add for sambhar, it tastes good , akso dont mix bhidi and baingan it wont taste good, you can add baingan with carrot, beans, drumstick, aloo, for sambhar, this combination gives a different taste. You could add Bhindi or eggplant along with tanrind water so the sliminess won't be there in the sambar. Always try to cook your veggies in tamrind juice for that extra flavor and typical south Indian taste

For Sambar - fry the bhindi first( Fully cooked) and keep it aside add it towards the end to the dal and veg mix and boil the whole thing for 2 minutes. Sambar is ready 😊

Hey Suchi. Nice vlog. You got a new idli maker, right? . I noticed you washing your electric kettle in the sink , if water gets into the bottom of the kettle where the wires are, won't it get spoiled? And last question, why can't you dry woollens in your backyard? Too many questions haha 😄

HelloJi, jab bhi app sambar banaye to bhindi ko last mein add kre,jab samber almost cook ho chuka hota because bhindi cook faster than the other vegetables, hardly 5 mins. Mein Sindhi curry banate time bhi bhindi last main add krti hun.

Hi Suchi, I add bhindi to my Sambhar and it doesn't get sticky perhaps it's being cooked with other vegetables in sufficient water. Also bindi and brinjal you can add it towards the end as gets cooked relatively quickly. Also tamarind that you add into the water helps...
