They prepared yummy snacks for me and helped me in household chores the whole day. It was a wonderful day by grace of God.

Actually deep frying is better than a shallow fry in appam pan. Because however much oil you add will be completely absorbed. On the other hand really hot oil when deep fried in rarely absorbs into pakoras.

Wow! Your Curry pakora looks mouthwatering. I am also punjabi and love it. My mother used to make excellent Curry and I remember we used to finish pakora while mum was cooking. In the end she used to hide then from us. You reminded me of my childhood. I did try to make but flavour if mom's was missing. Thanks for sharing

nice vlog, should try your way of doing kadipakoda i hv never tried it, my husband likes kadipakoda very much.yes its very sunny and weather looks good, good to see children play outdoors after a long time, here my kids are not allowed to go out or in shopping mall, they are feeling bored at home but the online teaching from school is gng on so they hv studies and hw which is keeping them occupied. nice suit and earrings.my kids and myself enjoyed the vlog, stay safe and healthy, love from Radhika.
